As expected from a hotel with such history and tradition, it's truly wonderful. The service is, of course, excellent, and the French dinner was superb. Breakfast is a buffet, and it can feel a bit rushed due to the crowds, but there's plenty to enjoy. The onsen (bath) is a bit of a walk, but it's very good. I was surprised by how many foreigners there were, and it was interesting to see them all wearing yukata and seemingly accustomed to the onsen experience. Our stay at Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. What stood out most was the attention to detail. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, from the seamless check-in to the thoughtful service throughout our visit. You can genuinely feel the pride they take in providing outstanding hospitality. If you’re looking for an authentic luxury ryokan experience with amazing food, stunning views, and unforgettable service, Sun Urashima Yuki no Sato is absolutely worth the visit. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning someday.

All the staff except for the front desk staff were foreigners, but they all spoke excellent Japanese and provided friendly and polite service. After dinner, I went to the bath. The view from the bath was great. The breakfast was also substantial and delicious. Kintetsu Toba Station has an exit that is specially used for pick-up from various hotels. It is very convenient. Children like Japanese-style rooms, can see the sea view, dinner is a set of meals, different prices, things are different. The location of the room in Ctrip is relatively poor.
