Over-all feeling: Satisfied
a. The hotel shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes (hotel and toba (Toba Station), which is very convenient.
Every day at 9:07am, there is a bus from the hotel to Ise Jingu (Geigu, Naigu) & Ise City Station. You don't have to transfer at Toba Station, which saves a lot of time.
b. (03/10/2025 – 03/13/2025) Stay at NOZOMI (Wangguan), the whole building has been renovated
Clean, comfortable.
c. Three buildings have three large bathing areas, where you can enjoy a relaxing and pleasant bath.
d. Breakfast buffet, because I am a vegetarian, I think the menu is just average.
e Toba Bay is a beautiful harbor, where you can sit quietly in front of the window in the evening. Watch. Seabirds flying. The boats are sparkling, and I think of the lines from ”The Preface to the Red Cliff” (”The breeze blows gently, and the water is calm”)... I can't help but feel relaxed and happy.
The following are also suggestions:
1. The restaurant only has Japanese dish names. Suggestion: add English. What's funny is that the COFFEE MACHINE is also only in Japanese, which makes people feel at a loss.
2. The shuttle bus sign is only in Japanese.
3. You cannot pay the bill before 7:00 am. I have been traveling to Japan for many years and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. It seems like a strange management method."

"Upon arriving at Toba Station a little past 6 PM, we couldn't locate the hotel shuttle bus as advised by the guide. Decided to call the hotel just to try our luck, and to our surprise, they immediately dispatched a private car to pick us up! Service was absolutely impeccable! 💯
The hotel's absolute standout feature has to be its hot springs! ♨️ Especially the unique Pearl Onsen – the only one in Japan infused with Mikimoto pearl powder. My skin felt incredibly soft and glowed after soaking. (A glass of milk after the onsen is a must – incredibly refreshing! *Personally, I prefer the fruit-flavored one.)
Room Experience: We booked the most basic Japanese-style room (washitsu) and truly enjoyed the authentic experience of sleeping on traditional tatami mats.
Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome cheesecake 🍰 waiting for us in the fridge – absolutely delicious!
All toiletries were exclusively Mikimoto branded, adding a definite touch of luxury and quality. (We even bought a set from the hotel shop before leaving – eligible for tax-free shopping!)
🥣 Breakfast was a classic Japanese set meal, served individually with no menu choices. The highlight, however, was the dining environment – private rooms! *Be bold and request a window-side private room.
❤️ Enjoying a refined breakfast in such a private setting, while gazing at the serene ocean view outside, was an incredibly soothing and delightful experience."

"It is a higher-end hot spring chain store. The room was very big. I booked a single room and was given a twin room. The hotel may be 700 meters away from Nakanogo Station in a straight line, but with a narrow strait in the middle, the distance is still very far. You can ask the hotel shuttle to pick you up. The staff are very friendly, there are free late night snacks, and the hot springs are very comfortable. There is nothing to go shopping around, and the hotel does not have many other facilities. It may be a bit boring for a family."

"It was good to have a large room with an ocean view and a relaxing room.
However, it was very conspicuous that the manners of the public bath users were too bad. Even though there is a ban on the use of tattoos at the entrance, a child who has a tattoos is used, a child who starts a swimming tournament at a hot spring, and a mother who doesn't pay attention to it. We do not recommend using the hot springs around 21:00 after meals. Since there is no key in the shoe locker, I was in trouble because there was no slippers in the building where I put them when I returned.
I felt that I would like you to improve the tattoo notes, such as locking the shoe locker."

"Mie Prefecture is a relatively remote and rural place, but Toba, Ise and Shima are still worth visiting.
Todaya Hotel exceeded my expectations. I thought it was just an ordinary local Japanese-style hotel, but it turned out to be very large, with two buildings, a large public bath, an open-air bath, and several free private baths for families. There are quite a few medals at the front desk.
The room size is not large among Japanese-style rooms, but it is more spacious than ordinary modern rooms. Western-style beds are also more comfortable. The dinner was quite rich, with both Japanese and Western flavors, and the freshly roasted beef was delicious. Breakfast is on the top floor of the South Building, facing the sea, with a great view. There are also many dining options.
Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium are nearby.
When you check in, you will see the last name or first name of each room occupant on the welcome board at the hotel entrance. It is quite interesting to find your own name."

"Because I was traveling alone, I booked a single executive suite. The hotel facilities were relatively old and there were basically no services, but the old-fashioned open-air baths and large public baths had the flavor of the Showa period. I must try the bath on the 7th floor to offset the fatigue of the trip. The most gratifying thing was that the hotel breakfast was very good. The sea bream sashimi and rice were very solid, the butter-fried baguettes were also very soft, and the coffee was very delicious. I suggest you try breakfast if you come. The hotel is within walking distance of the surrounding attractions and restaurants. Although the road to the hotel is more than 1 kilometer, the scenery is great and you can reach it leisurely by walking."

"There was a wide variety of food, so I had a hard time deciding what to eat. The seasonal tempura for dinner was especially piping hot and delicious. Although there were many foreign staff members, they were all very welcoming and made a very positive impression.
I stayed on the day of the Toba Port Festival, and it was only a 25-minute walk to the fireworks site, giving me the perfect vantage point to watch the fireworks. The staff told me that you can't see the low-lying fireworks from the hotel, so I was glad I walked there.
Perhaps because it was summer, the large public bath was relatively empty at all times. The room-temperature water in the bath wasn't too cold, which was wonderful."

The elevator is relatively small, but it is no problem to wait a few more classes, and it is no problem to go up and down the stairs! Let me talk about the shortcomings. 1. Drive for 4 minutes from Kintetsu Toba Station and call the hotel to pick it up. There are no convenience stores nearby, the nearest one is in Toba Station.
2. The arrangement of serving dinner is not reasonable. It's almost finished, and the rice won't move.
3. There is only one open-air wind, which is rotated every day. This open-air one can see the sea view.
4. Too expensive, the overall cost is not high.

1. The room has a sea view. Although it is not as good as the sea view of Shimoda, it is OK.
2. The room is quite large and spacious.
3. The hot spring facilities are relatively complete, including towels, face toners and lotions.
4. They have mountain village milk. You must buy this and drink it at any time. On the next itinerary, we only saw three bottles in the convenience store of Xiandao Station. The fruity flavor is particularly delicious.

お部屋もキレイに掃除されて、エキストラベットを使用しても余裕でした
また、お部屋にウォーターサーバーがあり、お湯も冷水も直ぐに利用できました
改善してほしい点
サウナとお風呂が離れていて、サウナには水風呂もなく、とても残念でした
お風呂はあの規模の部屋数にしては小さいので、混む時は大変でした
食事は座席が決められてないので、4人席以上を探すのに苦労しました
また、食べ放題飲み放題なので、残される方が多くて片付けをするスタッフさんが大変そうでした
Tripで申し込みましたが、申し込みと同時にカード決済されたので少し心配で、後日、ホテルに予約の確認をしましたが、Tripからきた予約番号などは該当なく名前と電話番号等でやっと確認取れました
無事に宿泊出来ましたが、少しドキドキでした
もう少しスムーズになると安心です
