GGuest UserThe location is great! The hotel staff were foreigners, and they were very helpful. The room was comfortable with tatami mats, and they even prepared dessert, which I really enjoyed. The welcome drink was also great! I was also happy to be able to drink sake and wine. The buffet included steamed oysters, spiny lobster, and Matsusaka beef, and I had a very fulfilling time. I'd love to go again.

GGuest UserAs I read in a previous review, there was floating foam in the men's bath. I thought this was due to the body soap not rinsing well. It took a long time to rinse off the soap after washing. I thought that since men don't care and just jump in the bath right away, the soap might get mixed into the water. I thought that changing the quality of the soap would solve the problem of floating foam and reduce the amount of water used. I was also disappointed that the water temperature in the cold bath was lukewarm (apparently the women's bath was cold). The toilet and the restroom were separate in the room, which was convenient. I felt that the other services were good, so I would like to recommend it if they improve the bath.

The area is very beautiful and peaceful but very local. If you are planning a trip here make sure you stock up snacks from the convenient stores because there are no 7-11, Lawson, or any Family Mart within walking distance. If you would like to have breakfast and dinner at a hotel please inform them when you make booking or a few days in advance. People are very nice but language can be a barrier.
