Elle2024Comfortable and spacious room with a view. We slept especially well during our stay. Also like the well deisgned common areas.
The restaurant was fully booked on both days, so be sure to reserve ahead. Shuttle service is available, though the last departure from the station at 6pm is a little early. Overall, a nice stay.

Guest UserAlthough it's newly renovated and clean, the air freshener sprayed in the hallway was so strong it was toxic. I had to cover my nose every time I walked through.
The buffet offered a variety of dishes to enjoy. There was plenty of seafood, but the quality was rather low. The cakes tasted very much like frozen cakes, and I wish there were more varieties of fruit.
The staff who spoke excellent Japanese were very friendly and pleasant! The guy at the front desk needs to try harder.
The amenities were plentiful, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome tea.

Modernised ryokan with great views and a nice onsen. Good base for visiting Ise shingu and enjoying the bay views Evening food options slightly limited but fine for a couple of days

The information provided by the trip platform was wrong. I originally booked a room with a private style. When I checked-in, I was told that we didn’t book this room. It was said that the platform was wrong. Because the hotel is remote, there is no restaurant nearby. The convenience store is more than ten kilometers away. If you don't like his private style, I believe you will not consider this hotel. The hotel itself is no problem, it should be that the platform information of the trip is wrong, the picture does not match, disappointed.

The price was very reasonable, especially considering the time of year, which I liked!
I was a little bothered by the conversations people were making in the hallway that were getting into my room!
The food selection is wide, but I wish it was of high quality.
I'm not happy with cheap and bad food anymore.
The bath water was lukewarm. I'd like a sink and bubbles.
Overall it was good!
