When families checked in, the staff proactively inquired about their needs and were truly responsive. It is wise to try and see the idea to take the bus. I am also very grateful to the hotel for its thoughtfulness. The high-speed rail station is really far away, the bus runs every 20 minutes, very fast, 35 minutes, so that the return trip also chooses the bus. The colored world is far from the city, but this location to the surrounding attractions is about 10 yuan, and there is a direct bus to the colored world, so it is very convenient. The hotel room is quite big, clean and tidy. The bedding is comfortable, especially the memory pillow is suitable for height. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water is good, and the water is smooth. The soundproofing effect of the room is good, even on the side of the road, there is not much noise. Finally, let's talk about breakfast: there are Chinese and Western food, hot and cold dishes, porridge, fresh rice noodles, noodles, and the category is quite rich."

"The service isn't worth one point; the system only gives it one point. We checked in around 3 PM, having booked two rooms, but they only gave us one. We had to wait another half hour for the second room to be cleaned. When we asked the front desk what happened, they said it was because their hotel had over 200 rooms to clean. Seriously?! Even if you have 2,000 rooms to clean, what does it have to do with me? I arrived at 3 PM, and you can't provide a room? Are you expecting the guests to pay for your problems? When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk if the license plate number was entered. They said it was fine, but when I drove out, it still wasn't entered, and I had to pay. I had to go back to the front desk to have the license plate number entered again. When I asked why, they said there might have been an error during the entry process. Why didn't they check when I asked? This was the worst stay I've had in recent years; the service was absolutely terrible!"

This time I brought my elders here and wanted to be more comfortable. The first stay experience was good, so I booked this hotel again this time. "The front desk was a little busy because of the lack of manpower, and the order was wrong, which cost me a lot of time. A group of people were playing cards and playing cards loudly in the lobby, which affected the rest rights of other guests, but the front desk did not interfere at all. The hotel room is large but there is no luggage rack, and the snacks provided are just a few. "Everything about this hotel was fantastic, from check-in to our room and then check-out – the whole experience was a pleasure. First off, the front desk staff at check-in were so welcoming, and their voices were so sweet. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively upgraded us to a larger room and even gave our little one a special souvenir: a Zigong lantern, which is quite memorable. There's so much delicious food in Zigong, it's definitely worth a visit! The hotel offers free parking, and a special shout-out to the cleanliness of the rooms – even the laundry room was spotless. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Zigong! Truly, we had such a satisfying stay, highly recommend!"

"A huge contrast in my experience over the two nights. I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy. However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race."
