GGuest UserGreat little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler.
The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

The room was warm and comfortable, the bed was very soft and comfortable, I slept until dawn, the quality of toiletries was online, and I was very relieved to use. The staff is gentle, the demand response is fast, and the service is super intimate. The overall environment is clean and elegant, without any smell, whether it is business travel or family travel, it is suitable, really recommended!

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are OK. They are all relatively new. The toilet is also separated from the shower room. The bed is quite soft. There are two kinds of pillows, one soft and one latex. The air conditioning is also quite powerful.
Hygiene: The hygiene conditions are OK. There is no abnormality after sleeping. I didn’t pay special attention to the details.
Service: The service is quite good. The front desk is quite enthusiastic. There are children who gave small gifts. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby.

GGuest UserI was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at GreenTree Eastern Hotel. The hotel is located near several malls which have a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this area to people who want to be in downtown Zigong. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice. My only complaint is that the bed was hard for Western standards but this hotel seems to mostly cater to locals who prefer harder beds. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Zigong!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

The hotel is in a great location, adjacent to the commercial center and the new city, and the transportation is very convenient. Whether it is a taxi or a high-speed rail, you can quickly reach the destination. Step into the hotel lobby, the simple texture of the decoration style makes people shine, the hall is bright, the marble floor is bright and the people are shining. The front desk staff Xiao Xin is warm and thoughtful, the check-in procedure is fast and efficient, and the whole process is smiling.
Recently, Longhu Park also has new light groups and water fountains, which is worth a visit.
The room is spacious and bright, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is soft and comfortable, so that the tired body can be relaxed in an instant. The bathroom is clean and tidy, the toiletries are of high quality, the hot water is sufficient when bathing, and the water flow is just right. You can also send laundry for free, which is very intimate and thoughtful.
This stay made me deeply feel the quality service and professional management of the hotel. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist holiday, this is a great choice. I will stay here next time.

GGuest UserSuper cute this hotel with a lot of dinosaurs items, the room is spacious an clean. The bedding is comfortable. The hotel location is just walking distance to the theme park. The only lack of is the choice of breakfast. Mostly Sichuan style and most of it are not suitable for my 9 years old son. Suggest to improve to have international choice, at least with bread, sausage and coffee etc.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my first stay. The service from Xiaolan at the front desk was very good and the parking was convenient (I didn’t expect it to be so spacious). The room was also clean and hygienic. I booked a breakfast without breakfast. I had a breakfast buffet at **. I heard from the front desk that there were many types of breakfast. He said that there is also a banquet hall and mahjong room. You can come here next time for your birthday! Overall satisfied! satisfy! satisfy!

GGuest UserA huge contrast in my experience over the two nights. I arrived at 9:30pm and went to my room to find chaos on the corridor; other guests with no conscience or respect for others who think it is good to have groups of people in one room with the doors open between their adjoining rooms and televisions blaring and children running and screaming in the corridor with parents shouting after them, which continued until after 11:30pm. The breakfast was also exceptionally busy and noisy.
However when I returned to the hotel later in the day the majority of people had gone and the hotel took on a completely different feel. It's rural location and large landscaped grounds helped to give it the serenity of which it was deserving. The staff worked incredibly hard to clean all of the rooms and yet still had time to bring small gifts to my room which I found when I returned. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the room was large and comfortable with a nice view of greenery. Great location for the dinosaurs and also easy to obtain a Didi to get to the centre of Zigong. . Also walking distance to the Qinglong Reservoir which has a 13 mile circuit for cycling and annual half marathon running race.
