GGuest UserGreat little hotel in a terrible location. The hotel is in a now dead pedestrian shopping area that is under reconstruction. No escalator working, entering through the parking garage in the dark to take the elevator up. When I left even that access was blocked by trucks and steel. Horrible. Not a safe location and was one of the few times in China I have felt uncomfortable as a solo female traveler. The room was lovely and very quiet. Good laundry facilities, comfortable bed, coffee available. The staff was nice. For now, however, this place is not recommended. Maybe when the construction is finished along the river.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also very good with many options. I recommend the noodles. We would certainly stay here again.

GGuest UserEverything about this hotel was fantastic, from check-in to our room and then check-out – the whole experience was a pleasure. First off, the front desk staff at check-in were so welcoming, and their voices were so sweet. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively upgraded us to a larger room and even gave our little one a special souvenir: a Zigong lantern, which is quite memorable. There's so much delicious food in Zigong, it's definitely worth a visit! The hotel offers free parking, and a special shout-out to the cleanliness of the rooms – even the laundry room was spotless. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Zigong! Truly, we had such a satisfying stay, highly recommend!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

The design of the room was especially suitable for us traveling with elderly people, and we didn't interfere with each other. The only unpleasant thing was that the weather in Zigong was extremely hot during the two days we were there. The hotel asked for a few more bottles of water, but they were reluctant. Especially when checking out, the elderly asked for two bottles of water at the front desk, which was a bad experience. Nowadays, hotels of this level already offer free bottled water. They also give guests water to drink on the way home when they leave. This was a bit petty and made me feel uncomfortable.

GGuest UserIn short, extremely satisfied. We spent the whole day at Fantawild Adventure, and it was only a few minutes' walk to the hotel at 8 pm – the huge parking lot in front was very convenient. Check-in was smooth, but when we got to the room, we thought we'd gone to the wrong one, since we'd booked a twin room for younger children. It was such a large family room! The staff must have upgraded us; and if they upgraded, they made it so luxurious. The room type is exactly as pictured and described, and the kids loved it. The breakfast the next day was also plentiful, and the kids didn't want to leave until after 11 am before we had to check out! A wonderful trip! The family-friendly hotel made for a perfect ending.

As soon as we checked in, the receptionist immediately noticed we were a couple and proactively and enthusiastically recommended a room with a bathtub. The bathtub was clean and elegant, and the soft lighting created a wonderful ambiance – perfect for taking amazing photos! The bathroom had plenty of hot water with stable pressure, and a relaxing bath instantly washed away all the fatigue of our journey. It was perfect for couples to unwind! From the proactive room recommendation to the attentive service, we felt the hotel's dedication in every detail. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and attractions nearby, making it excellent value for money! We've already recommended it to our friends and family, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in a couple's trip. A huge thumbs up to the receptionist and the hotel!
