"This time, I brought my parents to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Zigong Hwashang, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. As soon as we arrived, two lovely guest relations staff members warmly greeted us. They not only thoughtfully introduced us to local specialty foods but also patiently recommended souvenirs we could take home, which made my parents feel incredibly welcome. The hotel environment is comfortable, and the service is meticulous and attentive. My parents had a wonderful stay and kept praising my choice of hotel. The only minor regret is that the Dinosaur Museum was temporarily closed, but I've already promised my parents that we'll definitely come back to stay at this hotel once it reopens. A big thank you to all the staff for their dedicated service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zigong!"

"First off, the front desk staff and the airport shuttle drivers were all incredibly warm and professional. The breakfast was standard for a five-star hotel during the off-season, complete with hot waffles and egg pancakes, and they even made fresh omelets to order. The pretzel bread was a big hit! My only complaint, which is common in many five-star hotels, is that the air conditioning wasn't working in the hot weather. I didn't sleep well and had to ask for a fan, which was quite noisy. The thermometer showed 27.5°C. On the plus side, it's very close to the high-speed train station, which is convenient for travel."

"The check-in experience is better, Xiaoyu and the children at the front desk are warm and courteous, and the check-in is not delayed. I remarked the children, and I took the children's toothbrushes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo and bed baffle when I came in, and I felt the warmth instantly. The room order includes breakfast, and the hotel intimately upgrades the room. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly and tidy. Breakfast provides Chinese and Western food, and the dishes are fresh and varied. Supporting gym, you can exercise after traveling. This season the swimming pool is closed, the children's paradise behind is open, and the children are happy. The price is absolutely perfect. The overall experience is very good, recommend friends who give a trip."

"It's a bit like the place where provincial leaders were received in the old city. The environment is first-class and parking is convenient, but the facilities are poor. It is less than one kilometer away from the big business district. The premise is that you need to go through the north gate. Friendly reminder, there is another elevator to the right of the front desk on the first floor that can go down to F3. From here, go through the north gate. Overall, it's worth the price"
