GGuest UserI was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at GreenTree Eastern Hotel. The hotel is located near several malls which have a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this area to people who want to be in downtown Zigong. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice. My only complaint is that the bed was hard for Western standards but this hotel seems to mostly cater to locals who prefer harder beds. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Zigong!

AAierlankafeiThe hotel is located in the commercial street, together with Atour and Four Seasons. Compared with those two, it has the best value for money. However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

The location of the hotel is particularly good, it is very convenient to go out for shopping or to the attractions, and the surrounding traffic is quite smooth. When checking in, Miss Wang at the front desk was very kind and efficient, and all the procedures were quickly completed.
The room was very clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered, the bedding was very refreshing, and I slept very well. The facilities are very new, the use is very easy, and the hot water supply is very timely. And the sound insulation effect is good, quiet at night, will not be disturbed at all.
The breakfast is very rich, the taste is very good, the service staff is also very intimate, and any needs will be responded quickly.

The front desk lady is super gentle, check-in is fast and intimate, and also took the initiative to recommend nearby food and play routes to me. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the night was very fragrant, the bathroom had no smell, and the toiletries were very complete. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a few minutes walk to Fangte, it is very convenient to eat around, and the restaurant is downstairs. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, and the taste is very good. I will choose this one next time I come, and I have recommended it to my friends!
