GGuest UserI was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at GreenTree Eastern Hotel. The hotel is located near several malls which have a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. I would highly recommend this area to people who want to be in downtown Zigong. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was very nice. My only complaint is that the bed was hard for Western standards but this hotel seems to mostly cater to locals who prefer harder beds. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Zigong!

However, there are two problems with the service. First, the parking lot is in the commercial street parking lot. There is no hotel sign at all after the vehicle enters. There are more than 30 elevators in the entire parking lot, and I don’t know where to park the car to get to the hotel elevator. Secondly, I booked a room with breakfast, but the front desk did not take the initiative to give me a breakfast coupon when I checked in. I had to ask before I got it. The service experience was very bad!

The location of the hotel is particularly good, it is very convenient to go out for shopping or to the attractions, and the surrounding traffic is quite smooth. When checking in, Miss Wang at the front desk was very kind and efficient, and all the procedures were quickly completed.
The room was very clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered, the bedding was very refreshing, and I slept very well. The facilities are very new, the use is very easy, and the hot water supply is very timely. And the sound insulation effect is good, quiet at night, will not be disturbed at all.
The breakfast is very rich, the taste is very good, the service staff is also very intimate, and any needs will be responded quickly.
