no unregistered guests. parties or events must be approved by the host and follow event rules (see event policy below) - no smoking, vaping, or illegal drug activity is allowed anywhere on the property at any time - approved pets may be allowed for a fee. please see pet policy below for more information - quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am - no eating or drinking in the bedrooms - remove shoes within the home - basic pickup is required before departure. please do the dishes, take your garbage outside - trash pickup is monday morning. if in the home, please take outside garbage to the curb for pickup. a reminder message will be sent the evening before. - check in and out on time. alternate check-in/out times may be available for a fee - keep off all bedding: if your pet sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blanket. animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets - bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture - pick up your pet's waste and dispose in the outside garbage only - pets may not be bathed as this clogs the drains - be considerate of neighbors and control barking especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am - you are responsible for any damages caused by your pet - fee of $35 per night per approved pet (excluding service animals) must be paid before arrival event policy: - all events must be approved by the host before the booking is confirmed - please disclose the estimated number of guests for the event. if more than the maximum guest limit is estimated - even if guests are not spending the night - the property’s maximum guest count and any associated fees will be applied - parking must be restricted to available spaces solely on the premises. do not park in front of the neighbors. if there will be more cars than we can accommodate, we suggest parking elsewhere and carpooling to the home -
