"The room was very nice. Front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Only stayed one night but slept well as the bed was really comfortable and I was on a quiet top floor. Cleanliness in bathroom could have been better. Long dark hairs on bathroom floor. I booked because of on-site restaurant but it was closed that day due to staff not showing up. BUT the breakfast in the morning was really really good!"

"The hotel itself was quite nice with a very convenient location for airport travelers. Although directly on the Pearson Airport landing runway flightpath, I found the constant planes flying VERY low overhead to be quite relaxing, though the window did rattle and shake sometimes. Unfortunately the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was lukewarm with barely perceivable jets. The restaurant food was mediocre at best, but for airport travelers a very convenient stay."

"The airport shuttle pick-up was quite smooth. I didn't even need to call the hotel, although I did wait about 20 minutes at the designated spot. I asked numerous shuttle drivers from different hotels because some shuttles came really frequently; I saw the DoubleTree Hilton shuttle and two other hotel shuttles at least twice each. It wasn't until the last driver kindly pointed out that the hotel name would be on the side of the vehicle that I realized. Everyone was helpful, though, and each driver carefully looked at the hotel business card I handed them. Check-in at the front desk was also reasonably quick. The room was standard, nothing special, but the air conditioning blew incredibly strong hot air. The gym on the first floor is 24/7, a bit small, but convenient enough for a quick run. As usual, there were no slippers or toothbrushes in the room. After half a month of traveling in Canada and staying at several hotels, I've grown accustomed to this."

"Nice, safe, clean place to stay at right at the heart of the city. Great staff, helped when i asked for an extra blanket. Perfect water temperature to have morning shower. Concerns: Install a door for people do their business privately in the toilet. Shocked to see a open toilet. Room had a low lighting it made us difficult to move around in the bed area. Huge concern at night. Would have got injured at times. Including dental kit at this price is a true value addition."

The mattress was comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect throughout my stay. Cleanliness & Facilities The common areas are cleaned daily, and the bathrooms are well-maintained with reliable hot water. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to cook your own meals—perfect for long-term travelers or those on a budget. Atmosphere & Social Life The hostel has a very friendly and welcoming vibe. Guests come from all around the world, and the social atmosphere makes it easy to meet new friends. The common lounge is spacious and a great place to relax, work, or chat with other travelers. Staff The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they gave me great local tips about transportation, sightseeing, and food options around Toronto."

"The hotel is conveniently located to great eateries and restaurants just round the corner. It is also near to Eaton Center great for shopping and a huge urban eatery with lots of varieties of food for everyone. The hotel room is a little small but there's a gym, indoor heated pool and laundrette which is very useful. Finally, Hilton hotel is famous for its home-baked cookies which is given out to guests staying in the hotel."
