"The hotel staff were excellent. Incredibly friendly and really tried hard to break our shy little guy's shell. Our TV wouldn't work, which was an issue, but the biggest problem was at check in. When we reserved the room and prepaid online, it said that no credit card was required to stay here. This is not the case at all. The management was very kind and able to help us, but we witnessed others who were experiencing the same issue. THEY REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD"

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Westin Toronto Airport. The dinner and lunch experiences were remarkably good and very tasteful. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service remained genuine, attentive, and professional throughout. The front desk team was also excellent, very efficient during both check-in and check-out, which made the overall stay smooth and stress-free. The Starbucks staff member deserves special mention as well for being exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The only area that could use some improvement was the room cleanliness. While the room overall was comfortable, some details seemed to be overlooked, and the carpet near the entrance had quite a bit of debris on it. Overall, it was still a very good experience with outstanding hospitality and dining service."

"Hotel is good: clean and spacious. They offer free breakfast, and appetizers and drinks in the evening (advertised but i never tried or confirmed). The only issue is that they need to streamline their deposit process, as they're apparently unable to hold the deposit if stay extension is required. As such, had to check out and re-check in, therefore paying deposit twice, instead of them holding the initial deposit from the initial check-in. Refund takes 3 to 5 business days, but as my banking is foreign/international, it takes longer, ergo short on funds. Other than that, everything else ok."

"The hotel is in a pretty isolated area, so getting around requires a taxi. On the day we checked in, there were no towels in the bathroom, and the trash cans didn't have liners. The next day, our room wasn't cleaned, and when I asked the front desk, they said daily cleaning isn't included. I had to call again just to get bath towels and hand towels. Breakfast was quite basic, and the tables and chairs in the restaurant weren't very clean."
