"Having Breakfast included was one reason I chose this hotel. It had enough choices to satisfy different tastes. In busy times more seating would be nice but usually people don't sit long to eat so it seems to work out.
Coffee/tea always available and hot! was a plus.
Location was great.
Beds were very clean and comfortable.
Overnight parking was expensive. I did it because it was the practical solution.
The $250 safety fee was a surprise but they promised to return it if all is well in the room.
Overall a great experience. Thank you."

"The room was new, and the service was excellent. The 9 AM airport shuttle was full, so I had to wait for the 9:30 one. If you have a flight to catch, make sure to leave early. There seemed to be a connecting door to the next room, as I could hear a child crying. Overall, it was very good."

"The location was about a 35-minute train ride from Union Station. This was my first time staying in a dormitory, so I was a bit nervous, but the locks on the entrance and room made me feel secure! It was also very clean, which I highly recommend! However, since it's still a foreign country, I'd advise wearing a fanny pack with your passport, wallet, and other valuables while you sleep. There are lockers, but they don't have keys, so it's a good idea to buy a padlock at Daiso or a similar store. Also, be aware that you'll need a padlock with a long shackle, as shorter ones won't fit! Check-in and check-out were smooth, which was a plus! The price was also cheaper than other dormitories, so I highly recommend it for anyone who doesn't mind being a little further from the city center."
"The place was spotless, not even a speck of dust on the desk. I liked that you take your shoes off at the entrance, and the bathroom shower had a flexible hose-type showerhead instead of a fixed rain shower, which made showering very comfortable. It was great to be able to communicate quickly with the host! They even stored our luggage. It's a great place to stay!"

"The location is good, but the check-in process is complicated, and I am ready to check in on time, but I can check in a little late because the cleaning is not completed. After the check-in, there is a clear staff to take the door and say that I missed something two days ago and wanted to come back. The overall stay feels poor. Cooking found that dishes, chopsticks, and kitchen utensils were a bit stained, basically no seasonings were provided, and you had to think twice if you wanted to cook by yourself. The quilt on the bed is strong and hairy, it looks dirty, and you have to change the sheets yourself. In addition to the location, the customer service attitude is also good, but there are not many advantages. Overall, I think the same price can definitely book a better quality hotel/residence."
