"I frequently stay at this hotel. The reception staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making check-in efficient and convenient, and the entire experience is very comfortable. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room, both free to use. There are many restaurants nearby, a shopping mall nearby, and it's very close to the East Railway Station, only a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel parking lot is also quite large and convenient! Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended! A must-stay hotel for business trips and leisure travel!"

"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

"My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!"

"Hidden gem, highly recommend! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the shopping mall. The room was clean and well-soundproofed, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; they even helped me upgrade my room type. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are incredibly practical. Definitely excellent value for money – a definite five-star rating!"

"Fairfield by Marriott Baoding: A Bumpy Journey but a Comfortable Stay, Though Hygiene Details Were Disappointing. This stay was quite a journey, literally. The first time I navigated, I accidentally drove to the Xiong'an New Area branch, and it took another hour and a half to drive back to this Baoding location. Although the journey was tiring, the comfortable amenities upon arrival made up for some of the fatigue. The hotel exterior is modern and grand, and the lobby is spacious and bright. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient. The room was a standard king-size, with a Serta mattress and waffle-weave bedding that was just the right firmness for a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in downtown Baoding, with convenient dining and shopping nearby; there's a snack street and a supermarket just a few minutes' walk away. However, the only truly disappointing aspect was that the room's cleanliness wasn't thorough enough. On the bathroom wall, there was still a used bandage from the previous guest. This sight was really off-putting and made me question the standard of room cleaning. Overall, aside from this obvious hygiene lapse, the hotel's facilities and service were good. I hope the hotel can improve its room inspection process so that such details don't ruin the overall experience. If the hygiene improves, I would still consider staying here next time I visit Baoding."

"Xirui Hotel has a good location, next to the main road of the city, with a convenience store downstairs. It is not very convenient. It is recommended that the hotel improve in time! During the three-day holiday, I took my children to Baoding for a trip. I chose this hotel and specially chose a river view room with a bathtub. As a result, I never expected that I didn’t see the river view, but I really had a dream in the decoration noise room. The river channel downstairs was renovated and built, so I had to endure it without the river view. Construction started at 7:30 on the first day of the holiday. I was awakened by the noise of the excavator or some large equipment downstairs. I was so annoyed that I complained to the front desk and was told that there was a marathon at the end of the month and the river channel needed to be rushed. It was possible to work overtime during the holiday. Speechless! I went shopping and returned to the hotel at 3pm to take a rest. As a result, an old man in the community opposite sang on the big speaker in the small square, and five speakers were playing together. After the lobby manager communicated with the old man, the music noise disappeared. The hotel urgently purchased earplugs and provided them to guests. The construction started at 7 am on the second morning of the holiday. There was no hope of sleeping in! I got up, had breakfast, checked out and left! The swimming pool on the 25th floor of the hotel was not open, and the guests were informed on Ctrip! Since the hotel knew that the river in front of the building was under construction, it should also inform the guests on the website and fulfill the obligation to inform! The hotel did not inform the guests, so it is a bad review! ! ! The video was shot in the room on the 12th floor of the hotel with the windows closed!"

"Facilities: The facilities are excellent. We were upgraded to the 13th floor, which offered a perfect view of the sunset. The room had good soundproofing, was spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure, making it very comfortable. Environment: The hotel shares a location with Baoding Yan. The accommodation is upstairs, and there's dining downstairs with plenty of snacks and lively activities. Highly recommended! 🥰"
