I made an appointment with my friends to visit Fengdu Ghost Town. I booked a room in advance on Ctrip. The first sight when I entered the lobby gave me a very comfortable feeling. The service of the lady at the front desk was very good. The room was very large, and the double bed was also large. My child and I had no problem sleeping on it. If I come here again next time, I will still choose this place. I highly recommend it!

The room was spacious and bright, and breakfast was quite varied and tasty. However, I don't quite understand why complimentary bottled water is limited to 4 bottles, with extra charges for anything more! For a family room with three people, needing six bottles of water isn't excessive, is it? A standard room for two gets four bottles, so for a family room with three, asking for two more seems like a reasonable request! The hotel should really consider this.

This stay is a perfect experience! Even in the next few days, when I changed to a more expensive room because there were two people living together, her impatience reached the extreme. 2 o'clock is the normal check-out time. One day in advance, I confirmed that the room I wanted to change was not booked, and then I booked the room for 3 consecutive days. At 2 o'clock when I changed the room, I had to go to work immediately, so I had to put my things in the room I changed. I was procrastinating for a long time, talking about this and that. Finally, I was firm in my attitude and let me put my things in. Later, when I got off work at night, I found that I had not packed my things. There was a bottle of Sprite, a toothbrush, and a pack of paper. The paper and toothbrush were placed on the floor in a transparent bag. I felt that this was a bit too much. After all, paper shouldn't be placed on the floor, and a half-drunk bottle of Sprite shouldn't be placed on the floor, let alone a toothbrush. I took the bag to the front desk and asked her why she put my toothbrush on the floor. She said she didn't see it. I said it was my toothbrush. She said when the aunt gave it to me, I saw paper and water, but not a toothbrush. I asked why the paper and toothbrush were placed on the floor in a bag. She said what do you want? I said what do you mean, so this is my problem. She said we saw the toothbrush. I said so you think it's my problem. She said it's my problem. I'm sorry, I didn't see the toothbrush. I said that's my problem. She said I bought you a new toothbrush. I said no, I don't need it. Then she went back to the room. After 10 minutes, she bought paper and a toothbrush and brought them to my room. I said no, she said she got it, and I said it was okay. Later, I saw that she wanted to hang it on the meal card, and her expression was not right, so I took it in my hand, and she left without looking back. I was embarrassed at the time, and suddenly I thought in my mind, so you still think it’s my problem. In the end, the paper was useless, the toothbrush was useless, and it has been returned. I want to tell you that I can buy a toothbrush myself, and it doesn’t matter whether I want paper or not, but you are a service staff, I don’t need your servility, but people should have the minimum respect. You put my food on the ground, I’m not a dog, why are you so disrespectful. When the whole problem arises, you still don’t respect people. If there is no respect between people, it’s very sad. How can I, a consumer, only deserve to put food on the ground? Toothbrushes only deserve to be put on the ground?

The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation, close to the Ghost City attraction and surrounded by a variety of dining options. A budget supermarket, pharmacy, and the popular snack brand ”Haoxianglai” are just across the street. The facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful, proactive, and welcoming. The price is affordable, and I personally think it offers excellent value for money.

The service is not very professional. There are only breakfast coupons but no breakfast. The breakfast room on the fifth floor is empty. There was no one at 7:30 in the morning. The shower valve is rubbish. I saw that someone in the comment section had reported the shower valve problem before, but they still haven't rectified it. This is a fight to the end with the guests. It's a pity to leave such good hardware facilities to an amateur team for management and operation. I guess the boss is rich and powerful and doesn't care.

Take bus 202 from Fengdu Railway Station and get off opposite the door. The traffic is very convenient. There is a big bed room, there is a window, a fan, and an electric water scorpion. It is enough for pure free travel. Public health; the only thing is that there is noise when heavy trucks pass by at night, I can still accept ⋯⋯
