"I brought my family to Ganzhou for a weekend getaway and we stayed at this international brand hotel – it was a perfect experience! First, I have to praise the service; everyone from the doorman to the room service staff was incredibly attentive, proactively helping us with our luggage. The room was spacious, plenty of space for our family of three. The biggest surprise was the swimming pool and gym – both facilities were brand new, and my child had a blast. The buffet offered a huge variety of dishes, especially the seafood and local specialties. Thumbs up! 👍"

"Choosing to stay at Xiangjiangwan again was as wonderful as ever. The location is right on the Ganjiang River, with river views from the window, making it perfect for travel. The parking lot is spacious with plenty of spaces, and the breakfast is plentiful! It's only a few minutes' drive to all the major attractions, which is incredibly convenient! The service is even more attentive and thoughtful now, from a cup of hot tea and a hot towel upon check-in to a bowl of comforting porridge late at night – every detail shows care and attention. Although there's currently municipal construction at the entrance, the hotel's warm service has dispelled any concerns, and I understand. I'm also grateful to Xiao Tang for arranging a free late check-out. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends visiting Ganzhou."

"This is a really good hotel with rooms and service that exceed its slightly modest external appearance. My room was spacious and comfortable with a massive TV. "The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist center, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The free underground parking lot entrance was very close, but when I navigated to the parking lot, there was a notice saying it was full and I had to call to find a spot. It took a while, but I finally found a spot in front of the hotel. They served me congee as soon as I entered, and there were also small snacks in the room – very thoughtful! Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is very hygienic, 5.0 is very good in all aspects of the season, the decoration is simple and clean, the living is very comfortable, the souvenirs you want when you check out are also provided, all aspects of the experience are very good, only a female front desk is unwilling to deal with the problem, so I don’t understand how this store trains employees. 非常驚喜的酒店，在旅途當中臨時定下來的，當天到達的時候是晚上7-8點，途中有段小路沒有路燈，這段路開的有點坎坷，但到達目的地的時候，有種柳暗花明又一村的驚喜感，燈光和門牌的設計，温馨舒適，很有情調～酒店房間比較少，我們三個人包掉了二樓一層，對於帶寵物的家長來説非常有安全感！！房間也整潔乾淨，整體設施都是小米產品，操作簡單快捷，毛巾和一次性用品也給人一種用心準備的舒適感！樓下還有茶室，可惜着急趕路也沒有細細感受，老闆的現做早餐也很美味，量也正好～走時老闆還贈送了小禮品～非常愉快的一次入住！下次經過龍南還會再來～

The overall experience of this stay was particularly satisfactory. The hotel is in a very good location. It is very convenient to eat, go shopping and take a taxi around. The front desk Xiaoyu sister is warm and polite, check-in and check-out are very efficient, and the attitude is gentle and patient. The interior of the room is clean and refreshing, all corners are cleaned in place, there is no smell and stains. The bed mattress is moderately firm, the pillow core is comfortable, the room has excellent sound insulation, and it is very quiet at night. The bathroom has smooth water, stable hot water, and complete daily infrastructure. The corridor environment is clean and elegant, and the public areas are clean. Auntie Cleaning is careful and responds promptly to needs. The overall price is very good, no matter whether it is a trip or a temporary stay, the stay is comfortable and comfortable, next time I come here, I will continue to choose this one, I really recommend everyone to stay.

The room was great; on a sunny day, you could see sunlight as soon as you opened the curtains. It was also very soundproof, which allowed me to fall asleep quickly after a day at the music festival without being disturbed by noise. In addition, the restaurant next door was also good; the food was better than any other meal I had in Ganzhou over the past two days!

Very bad experience from some of the members of the service. I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu. Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro. 2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work. The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody

This stay experience is really very satisfactory! From the warm and professional reception at the front desk when checking in, to the meticulous cleaning of the room service staff, every employee has shown a very high service level. Special thanks to colleagues in the concierge department, not only helped us solve the luggage problem, but also recommended the surrounding food. The rooms are clean and tidy, well equipped and comfortable. When encountering problems, the staff can always respond quickly and solve them properly. The overall atmosphere is warm and comfortable, making people feel at home. I will definitely choose here next time, highly recommended! ?

The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience.

Trip.com shows an average score of 4.7/5.0  . I personally think it deserves a 5.0. When I looked at the posted pictures, I wasn’t really impressed. When I went inside the room I was astonished at how nice the room actually look. The room look much better than the pictures.  The look of the 2nd floor on the side of the 民宿 facing the street is not good but once you step inside, you will enter into a very beautiful lobby and then further in the rooms.  I am picky about the workmanship of the room . The room is quite well built and it is hard to find any flaw. The room design is aesthetically beautiful. It is pleasing to the eyes. The white wall gives me a cheerful mood. The expansive windows offers an excellent view and a lot of natural light. The room is bright with bedside buttons to turn off the necessary lights when I went to bed. There are lounge areas where one can relax and enjoy the tranquil ambience. I like the shower area separates from the toilet . The shower stall has a door so area in front of the toilet remains dry after shower.  The location can’t be beat . It is very close , within walking distance of all major attractions. The street is full of antique stores but within 10 to 15 minutes you can find many food options. There was daily house keeping. Garbage was disposed and towels replaced during my stay. The cleaning crew really did a great job. I saw 3 different persons at the reception desk. They were all very helpful and kind. I have asked him to show me how to shut the window, turn on the heater etc and he came right away to help. The included daily breakfast offers a range of choices. I love this hotel and wish that I could stay longer. Many thanks to the staff of the 民宿for their hardwork .

I cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.

The hotel's decor is excellent, having just opened at the end of 2025. It boasts a high level of smart technology, with AI voice control available through a smart speaker. The rooms are spacious, and on the 5th floor, there's a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is very convenient for guests staying for multiple nights. The front desk staff are friendly and responsive to any needs. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and a late-night congee service. For those driving, parking is easy, and the newly installed charging stations are a big plus for electric vehicles, saving a lot of time! I have two small suggestions: 1. I recommend adding a small trash can to each shower room for tissues and other toiletries. 2. For guests staying multiple nights, I suggest varying the buffet breakfast menu more. I stayed for four days, and while there was a good variety of options (pastries, Chinese dishes, noodle soups, whole grains, fruits, drinks, etc.), less than 20% of the items changed daily. For instance, the same three types of fruit were served every day, which was a bit awkward. This limited the variety of choices for guests on extended stays.
