"I brought my family to Ganzhou for a weekend getaway and we stayed at this international brand hotel – it was a perfect experience! First, I have to praise the service; everyone from the doorman to the room service staff was incredibly attentive, proactively helping us with our luggage. The room was spacious, plenty of space for our family of three. The biggest surprise was the swimming pool and gym – both facilities were brand new, and my child had a blast. The buffet offered a huge variety of dishes, especially the seafood and local specialties. Thumbs up! 👍"

"The hotel entrance was a bit tricky to find due to road construction, I drove around twice before spotting it. It's quite inconspicuous, so if you're driving, you'll need to pay close attention. Overall, my one-day stay was great. The hygiene was excellent, service was good, and breakfast was plentiful! I'll definitely consider this hotel again when I return to Ganzhou. I do have two minor complaints: first, the elevators were quite slow; and second, someone in the nearby residential area had a rooster that started crowing every half hour from around 5 AM until 7 AM when it got light. Ugh."

"This is a really good hotel with rooms and service that exceed its slightly modest external appearance. My room was spacious and comfortable with a massive TV. The hotel is close to a bus stop and several food and fruit stores, and is also near a bridge which provides scenic views and good paths on both sides. It's probably one of the best mid-sized and small hotels I've ever stayed at."

The hotel is not too far away from major attractions and close to many food stores/grocery shops, it is easy to get quality food around the area. That said, their breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Chinese food, it's definitely good for value and more importantly convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful as always although I'm not sure if communicating in English would be equally easy as the hotel mainly serves local tourists."

"This stay completely exceeded expectations. It must be praised for the service of the whole season. When resting in the lobby, the girl at the front desk handed a cup of tea and asked what food was around. The most important thing is to go out to play during the day, want to wash clothes, and worry about not drying when I come back. I didn’t expect the front desk lady to tell me that I can dry it for me to the room. This is too intimate. I really love it. The hotel environment is also very good, the sound insulation is superb, this is the first choice in the future."

"Overall good. The gym has treadmills, washing machines, and dryers for free. The only downside is that the gym and the laundry room are together, there is no air conditioning, and it is particularly stuffy. The soundproofing of the room is not good, it should be a common problem in the hotel, and the residents upstairs are still jumping when sleeping. Call the front desk to report the situation, the front desk immediately contacted upstairs and quickly solved the problem. The child was running on the treadmill, accidentally dropped the headset and stuck it in the treadmill, and quickly sent the staff to deal with it. One day, the gym was out of power at noon, and I called the front desk and solved it quickly. 4 bottles of water were provided in the room. I want to make tea, not enough to drink. Let the waiter have 2 more bottles of water, and the waiter gave the water without saying anything. The hotel is strategically located, next to a bunch of food to choose from, very close to Vientiane City and Central City Park. Not far from the core scenic spot, very close to the taxi. The room has a small refrigerator."

A somewhat remote but beautiful little hotel located behind a maracuja plantation. The owner is very warm and welcoming; for foreigners, we recommend using translation apps. The rooms are very clean and comfortably furnished. Each room has windows overlooking the garden, which is planted with great attention to detail. In the garden is also a dining area where we could sit and eat comfortably in the evenings. In the morning, we were served a variety of dishes. Dinner was prepared for us by the owner himself, and it was excellent! We highly recommend eating there. As mentioned, the hotel is a bit remote, but with your own car or a Didi, you can easily explore the surrounding sights from there.

The day of the day and you can get the same one 😜😜😜😜😜😜 I can see it on my friend and a friend and a nice walk and take it easy and take it to re you have to do that for me and then I can do it now and I can do it on the website and it doesn't matter and I can see it and it doesn't matter and it's the only reason I can do the same 😜😜😜 I think I can see what you think of the same as it is a good idea if they can do it for you to get a new one in the morning to do that now.

The room was great; on a sunny day, you could see sunlight as soon as you opened the curtains. It was also very soundproof, which allowed me to fall asleep quickly after a day at the music festival without being disturbed by noise. In addition, the restaurant next door was also good; the food was better than any other meal I had in Ganzhou over the past two days!

Very bad experience from some of the members of the service. I wanted to have dinner and asked for a menu. Instead of providing the menu with transparent prices I was offered a main dish and was requested to pay over 280 RMB for it, when I rejected, and said Id rather take the buffet (for around 120) they again offered the dish, this time at 88, and said it had been a mistake. Clearly somebody had the intention to cheat me, maybe thinking I would not be able to convert into euro. 2) Instead of charging the dinner in the room upon checkout, they came to my room at 20.00 to get paid on that same day. I was already having some rest after a long day at work. The hotel is nice, but the way the guests are treated is not up to the categoru I would expect a much more professional treatmemt.. I am not.planning to come back nor recommend this hotel to anybody

1. The hotel advertised itself as having a ”garden,” but apart from a small bouquet in the lobby, there were no flowers around. I was disappointed to have imagined a small garden. 2. The soundproofing was terrible. Even at night, I could clearly hear people upstairs walking in slippers and talking. Not recommended for those who prefer quiet environments. 3. The bedding and towels were uncomfortable. The room floor had visibly dirty stains, and it felt sticky when I walked barefoot. I booked it for 194 yuan, which was far below my expectations. 4. There weren't many restaurants nearby. It's about 2 kilometers from the attractions, and there's public transportation, but for this price, I'd suggest staying closer to the attractions for convenience. 5. The only redeeming qualities were the decent breakfast and the nice shower.

The environment was decent, and breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, the service was okay. However, the main drawback, likely due to management issues, was the poor elevator experience. Not only were there cigarette butts, but the long bench inside was covered in thick dust, as were other parts of the elevator. Upon entering the restroom, a strong smell of urine hit me. Since the room's door closer was faulty, and it was late, I decided to just deal with it and go to sleep. Around 5 AM, I was woken up by the noisy street outside. The room phone was useless, so I eventually had to call the front desk to get engineering to come fix it, which took over ten minutes. At breakfast, I had to look through more than ten cups, all of which were chipped. It was truly a very disappointing experience.

We decided to upgrade to a ground floor suite and it was the best decision. The suite was bright and spacious with a private terrace overlooking the lake from which you got a spectacular view of the neighbouring Bajing park and bridge as well as an islet with a tree full of white egrets. The suite had both a bathtub and separate shower and a cosy niche with a circular bay window for enjoying one's tea. The grounds and public areas of this hotel were immaculate, and one can't help but be impressed by the cleaners constantly sweeping up every last leaf in the courtyards. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, from the receptionist who retrieved our laundry when we were out, to the lady owner who greeted us in the street and offered helpful suggestions for sightseeing, to the kitchen staff who tried their best to adjust to our western taste at breakfast. The hotel had a superb location on historic Bajing Street which was full of quirky shops selling antiques and folk crafts. The Song Dynasty cultural village, the Bajing Pavilion, the ancient city walls and the pontoon bridge were all within easy walking distance.

I cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.
