The hotel should put up signs in the corridor that say ”don't shout loudly or run in the corridor”, just like the no smoking signs, otherwise it will affect the rest of other guests."

"The room was spotless and tidy. We stayed for two nights, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Each time we returned, there was a pleasant surprise: drinks and fruits subtly placed in the room. Breakfast was excellent, and we also had lunch at the hotel for both days – the taste speaks for itself. Our butler, Jingjing, was responsive, thoughtful, and responsible. Facilities: The room was spacious enough that even with luggage, it didn't feel cramped. The appliances were all new, and the curtains closed automatically! Cleanliness: The room was very clean and odorless. The toiletries were all sealed, so you could use them with peace of mind! Environment: The hotel's location is excellent; it's not far from various attractions, and taxis are readily available. Service: I especially want to commend the hotel staff. They were incredibly polite and friendly, providing us with exceptional service. From arranging parking in the underground garage upon arrival, to helping us close our booking early and go home a day earlier, and offering a free late check-out until 2 PM, the hotel staff handled everything proactively and assisted us. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Gaoyou!"

The location is pretty good; transportation and parking are convenient. The room is a suite, but the air conditioning vent is only in one room! The suite has a large 1.8-meter bed, but the sheets are too narrow and don't cover the mattress, leaving the mattress exposed, which doesn't feel very hygienic. The toilet is smart, but the toilet paper is of poor quality! The shower faucet is large, but the water pressure is low, and the water temperature isn't quite right; it's barely warm enough for a shower. The shower floor has anti-slip strips, but it's cold. It would be better if an optional anti-slip mat was provided! Breakfast is provided, but the selection is limited! If you're not picky, it's enough to fill you up. I won't list everything, but with some improvements, it could definitely be improved.

The room was spacious, and amenities like the projector and AC were quite new. The inclusion of a clothes drying rack was a thoughtful touch. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Since it was a special offer room without a window, I felt a bit disoriented in the morning and lost track of time. The front desk lady provided exceptional service; she was incredibly patient and attentive, even when I asked to change rooms multiple times. I'd definitely recommend the owner give her a commendation, haha. Overall, everything was good, but there were two issues I was quite unhappy with. Firstly, the elevator doesn't go directly to all floors, and when there was a wedding banquet upstairs, the elevator skipped our floor entirely. Secondly, the room's soundproofing was absolutely terrible!!!!! At 2:30 AM, I was woken up by the neighbors watching a TV show and discussing the plot. I could hear everything crystal clear, and it didn't stop until 4 AM. It seemed other guests could hear it too, as someone even knocked on their door. Being utterly exhausted yet forced awake was truly a torment. After only three hours of sleep, I woke up feeling completely lost and out of sorts. 😅
