"An unforgettable experience. The day I checked in, I had too much to drink with a client and after getting a room, I went to play mahjong. I finished around 3 AM and returned to the hotel, but I had completely forgotten I already had a room, so I tried to book another one. The front desk staff tried to remind me, but after I repeatedly interrupted them several times, they still gave me a second room. It wasn't until I checked out the next day that I realized I had booked two rooms. The staff kindly didn't charge me for both. What's more, it wasn't until I returned to Shanghai that I realized I had lost my phone. I asked the hotel staff for help, and they searched twice before finding it, perhaps it had fallen into a corner. They then carefully packed it and shipped it back to me. I'm incredibly grateful for the thoughtful service from the hotel staff!!! I was very touched!! Jinling will definitely be my first choice in Hai'an from now on!"

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff, particularly PRO, was incredibly efficient and friendly during check-in. The hotel also offers a thoughtful shuttle service to the high-speed train station, which is only 2-5 minutes away by car, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travel. The room was spacious and well-arranged, and the public areas were clean and impressive, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The room was fully equipped, and the bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, promoting a good night's sleep. The breakfast area was large and tidy with a wide variety of choices. They offered noodles and wontons with options for red soup or bone broth, and the braised mock chicken was especially delicious. Both Chinese and Western dishes were available, and the vegetable buns were also very tasty. There are coffee machines with cups and lids in both the lobby and restaurant, and the coffee was quite good. This hotel is an excellent option for both business trips and tourism!"

"The room was spacious and clean! The decor was cozy, the facilities were complete, the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, and the TV played smoothly! There was even hot water at the front desk!! The price-performance ratio was incredibly high! Free parking is available for hotel guests, which is very convenient for daily outings. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially the young lady with the lovely smile. It was such a hot day, and the front desk staff even brought me ice water, which was very thoughtful. I booked a room without a window, but they upgraded me to one with a window for free!! Thumbs up! 👍 Breakfast is included in the room rate, so the price-performance ratio is truly amazing. The breakfast was quite plentiful, with porridge, noodles, steamed buns, eggs, shumai, and more. I highly recommend it just for the price-performance ratio, not to mention how good the room was and how good the front desk service was! You won't regret staying here! Truly worth the money! "The hotel is very good: large, clean rooms and responsive staff who are always ready to help in difficult situations. However, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the daily practice of staff walking around the rooms and sometimes entering without knocking to leave fruit as a gift. They even enter when the ”Do Not Disturb” sign is hanging or the light is on. I kindly ask the hotel staff not to do this. Other than that, the hotel and its staff are truly very good."

"The executive king room was okay overall, but there were a few issues… 1. The door latch was broken or missing. 2. The bathroom drain smelled bad; a deep cleaning or air freshener in the toilet and bathroom is recommended. 3. The tea cups in the bar were full of tea leaves; quality control needs improvement. 4. The booking indicated a bedtime porridge service, which is generally unnecessary, but the front desk didn't inquire about it at check-in time. Other hotels usually page guests upon arrival. 5. The hotel clearly advertised free valet parking, but upon arrival during dinner time, with restaurants downstairs and a crowded parking lot, I needed assistance. They simply told the front desk no one could drive? Why even mention valet parking then?"

"When I came to Hai'an this time, my friend recommended Meihao Lizhi. When I came to take a look, I was not disappointed. The building has a high-end appearance and is said to be a landmark building in Hai'an. The lobby is stylishly designed, the floors are high, and it feels very comfortable. As soon as we entered the lobby, the customer service staff greeted us with enthusiastic inquiries. While we were waiting to check in, we were handed a cup of warm jasmine tea, which was very heartwarming. The service of the front desk staff is also very good, especially Xiao Ke at the front desk. He confirmed the arrival time with me early, waited for me in the lobby, and then helped me check in and carry my luggage. When I got to the room, fruits and food had been arranged in the room. Small snacks, very warm feeling. The room facilities are complete, and the smart butler is convenient. The room style is warm and cozy. It is also worth mentioning that the hotel's breakfast is very good, especially the small sesame pancakes and wontons. The wontons are handmade by the elder sister, which is really good. Next time I come back, I would like to stay in Meihao. It feels like going home!"

"Large internal parking lot, parking is worry-free, this is my main purpose of choosing this hotel. Breakfast was good. The environment is also quiet. The hotel seems to be a renovation of the office building, the space is almost, the facilities are general, many details are not perfect, such as the bedside of the two beds in the standard room has a socket in the middle, or it is bad, plug in the charging head and fall off. Indoor hygiene is OK,"

"The star hotel at the doorstep, every time I go back to my hometown, I basically live in the hotel at home. This hotel exceeds expectations. The room is clean, the bathroom has no water stains and smells, and the mattress is moderately hard and soft. The front desk is neat, the convenience store restaurant downstairs is very close, the room is very soundproof at night, the rest is not disturbed, and the same price is very cost-effective."

"Environment: I'm a father of two, and my younger child is very young and has poor sleep quality, so I'm quite worried about noise before checking in. However, after staying at this hotel, my child slept very well at night. It was much quieter than some hotels I've stayed in before, which not only made my child sleep comfortably but also allowed me, the father, to get a good night's sleep. The hotel also has a beautiful garden. Although I didn't stay in their garden-themed room, I went into the garden from the front desk, and it was lovely—lush, green, and filled with birdsong! I definitely want to experience it next time I have the chance. Service: During check-in, the receptionist thoughtfully offered some snacks to my older child and provided slippers and toiletries for children. They even asked beforehand whether it was a boy or a girl because their toiletries came in pink and blue series—so considerate and meticulous! What surprised me most was the young man at the front desk. Although he was a bit shy, he greeted us with a smile, which made me feel very warm! He also escorted us to our room, saving us time searching for it! Parking was very convenient, and there were no parking fees during our stay. What I really appreciate is their afternoon tea set. They called our room in the afternoon to ask if we wanted afternoon tea, although we were out shopping. However, when we returned in the evening, they asked what we would like for afternoon tea, and they had a wide variety of teas! Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and even the toilet had disposable seat covers. The lobby was spotless, needless to say! Best of all, guests are not allowed to smoke in the lobby, so my baby wouldn't inhale secondhand smoke while sitting there. This hotel is highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance!"
