I came to Jinchang three times and stayed at this hotel twice. This time I stayed for two days. When I went out, the room sister would clean the room and replenish disposable supplies. The room was clean and hygienic. The room is small and smart, full of technology, you can control the room facilities with your mouth, and the robots that deliver takeaways are also very advanced. They will also talk to guests and realize the dialogue between people and artificial intelligence. The front desk lady is beautiful and gentle, and the service attitude is very good. The last time I came in the middle of the night, the lady also quickly got up and checked in for us. This time I saved the suitcase. The lady also let me put it directly at the front desk. I feel that the front desk ladies are all beautiful and kind. In short, the stay experience is great! I want to stay at this hotel once. As for facilities, the air conditioning in the room worked well, the hot water supply was reliable, there were many TV channels, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong. It's truly a hotel with excellent value for money, and I highly recommend it!

The room was clean and the service was very good. Especially the girl surnamed Wang at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It explained that the room was quiet. I specially arranged for me to be on the side of the community. I lived very comfortably.

I was so anxious when booking. Seeing it was newly opened in 2025, I thought it must be great! The facilities were really good! There was only one problem: no air conditioning! The windows were only slightly open, so there was no draft. The small fan was completely useless, and I barely slept that night! While air conditioning isn't really necessary in the plateau, with global warming and rising temperatures, what could such a great hotel do without? It was indeed cool outside, but it was incredibly hot inside... There's a good noodle shop nearby.

The sewer smells bad, the hygiene is average, there is hair in the bathroom, the water heater connector is broken, and it is a bit too economical to simply tie it up. Parking is relatively convenient.

Very beautiful hotel, luxurious, clean, nice and big rooms. The staff was very friendly. There is breakfast available. It is self service with a lot of delicious food. We didn't plan to go there but we had a problem with our booking and the staff of trip.com helped us to relocate here.
