I was so anxious when booking. Seeing it was newly opened in 2025, I thought it must be great! The facilities were really good! There was only one problem: no air conditioning! The windows were only slightly open, so there was no draft. The small fan was completely useless, and I barely slept that night! While air conditioning isn't really necessary in the plateau, with global warming and rising temperatures, what could such a great hotel do without? It was indeed cool outside, but it was incredibly hot inside... There's a good noodle shop nearby.

I was traveling with my family and stopped in Yongchang. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and they even provided breakfast for our family of three. Very beautiful hotel, luxurious, clean, nice and big rooms. The staff was very friendly. There is breakfast available. It is self service with a lot of delicious food. We didn't plan to go there but we had a problem with our booking and the staff of trip.com helped us to relocate here.
