"Beautiful rooms, as per the picture. The amenities are quite complete. The washing machine is very convenient for longer stay, and you could hang your clothes at the balcony, plenty of space. For the service and amenities provided, this place is a good bargain. The owner are friendly and helpful. They helped us customised our four days three nights trip to Tashkurgan, ensuring us get the most out of our trip. And they even advised us on the preparation for the trio during our stay in Kashgar. We felt very welcomed staying at this place. The hostel is near to the carpet street, and it is best to call a taxi rather than walking to the old town, but it is pretty convenient and affordable to take taxi in China in general. There is a very nice grilled chicken and duck stall open at night near the hotel, in front of the Zhenyou Convenience Store, do try it if you have the chance!"

"This is my second time in Kashgar, and I decided to stay at a chain hotel this time. Overall, it was very good. Service: Excellent and very welcoming. Facilities: All the basic facilities are available, and the bed was quite comfortable. Environment: The room was cleaned thoroughly and promptly every day. There's a Miniso conveniently located just to the left when you exit the hotel. You can also reach the South Gate entrance of the Old City in just a few minutes by crossing the road."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and beds are comfortable. Breakfast in pack (boil egg, steam pumpkin, sweet potato & bum, small portion of vegetable, fresh plums and a cup of soya) simple and delicious."

"This is the hotel to stay at when you come to Kashgar! The location is super convenient, right outside the Old City, and close to Kunlun Tower and the Ferris Wheel. The decor blends Uyghur characteristics with modern simplicity, with intricate carvings and carpets that show great attention to detail. The room has full smart home amenities and excellent soundproofing, so after a day of exploring the plateau, you can get a really good rest. Breakfast offers everything from 'gangzi rou' (pork in a pot) and milk tea to Cantonese dim sum, and the front desk is staffed 24 hours. The value for money is exceptional. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting southern Xinjiang."

"Staying at the Radisson Collection in Kashgar exceeded my expectations! The hotel beautifully blends Western Regions charm with modern design. The environment is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I especially want to commend Steven Pan, the manager of the Baza All-Day Dining restaurant! Throughout my stay, he was incredibly patient and attentive, proactively asking about my dining experience and promptly addressing all my requests. He was personable and highly professional. The Baza restaurant offers a rich variety of delicious food, from freshly made beef noodles and authentic Xinjiang baked samsa to exquisite Western dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty. Steven's dedicated service made my trip to Kashgar exceptionally comfortable, truly a perfect stay!"

"Staying at the Atour Hotel was absolutely the best decision for my trip to Kashgar. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by a subtle lavender scent, and my travel fatigue instantly melted away. The room was spacious and bright, and the smart facilities were incredibly convenient to use. The mousse mattress provided an exceptionally comfortable sleep. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. They proactively offered tips for exploring the Old City, which made me feel truly valued. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get to attractions and find places to eat. It was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Kashgar!"

"The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to the Old City's Watergate entrance. The parking lot is also spacious. We got a free room upgrade, and the room itself was nice, with a convenient wet/dry separation in the bathroom. However, I only realized when I went to bed that the window wouldn't close. It was so noisy all night because there's a BBQ restaurant downstairs, and it didn't quiet down until past 7 AM. After I told the front desk, I came back to find the window handle had already been installed. If you prefer a completely dark room to sleep, be aware that the light control switch is very bright, meaning the room isn't totally dark, and it's right next to the pillow, as shown in picture 2. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is very convenient."

"I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in. Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place. The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍 The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear. This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time. A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂 This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍 Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand."

"My friend and I (both from Ireland) stayed here for 4 days and had the best experience. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- right in the Old Town with lots of nice shops and cafes nearby and beautiful places to take photos. The best part was the staff- everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It was really nice to meet lots of groups of travelers there from various countries, too. Would highly recommend!"

"The suite was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, and there's even a grapevine downstairs, which is a nice touch. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come back to Kashgar! The service was also excellent; the front desk even gave me a snack pack, which was really thoughtful."
