"Very satisfied, a 100-point experience. The front desk lady was very nice and upgraded us to a super large room after we drove all night and arrived in the middle of the night. It was a 100-square-meter room, which I've never stayed in before. It was an eye-opener. I'm very satisfied with the hotel. The decoration style is also very grand, and the music is also Chinese style and atmospheric music. The front desk was very good and helped us wash and dry clothes. Both the front desk and room service were exceptionally attentive, promptly handling any requests with a warm and friendly attitude. The hotel's ambiance is elegant and quiet, and the panoramic floor-toceiling windows offer expansive views. The in-room projector, which is free for members, was a fantastic bonus for a movie buff like me. It was a perfect stopover during my road trip, and I'll definitely choose this place again.

The room is spacious and bright. The bedding is comfortable. Very good value for money, recommended stay. Easy to travel downstairs. The surrounding area is very close to eating, drinking and shopping. The location is absolutely perfect. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Toiletries are complete. There is plenty of hot water and the water pressure is very comfortable. The room is well lit and reasonably furnished. The cleaning was spotless and there was no smell.

We particularly recommend the hotel’s Ranwu Lake fish, with tender meat! Breakfast tastes good too! Be aware that supplies are scarce in the off-season. This environment is great, so don’t expect too much! The restaurant chef and service, as well as the attitude of the hotel staff, are all great, and the scenery is super beautiful! (There’s nothing wrong with bringing some peanuts, beer, fruit drinks, etc. during the off-season~)
