Guest UserAlthough the hotel is located on a mountain, it feels like a five-star! The location is super convenient, right next to Qiongtai Station and just a few minutes' walk from Qiongtai Zhongguan. I highly recommend it for anyone planning to go up to Golden Summit early in the morning!
The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The complimentary coffee (made with SOE beans) was also delicious and aromatic. Plus, the hotel has five adorable and friendly cats! I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to Wudang Mountain!

Guest UserThis homestay is so so comfortable, so clean and new and very nicely and thoughtfully designed, it makes us want to retire in a house just like this! Our hosts are a family, very hospitable, helpful and sweet, they make us feel right at home. The older, strong Uncle insisted on helping us carry our luggage up the mountain as we made our way up to the scenic spot!
We also love their breakfast - fresh, with a decent variety that will hold us over for hours.
This location is as close to the entrance of the bus terminal that will take us up the mountain (no taxis or private cars are allowed up), so if you want to spend time up there, this is a good location.

Anonymous UserThe noise was too loud and I couldn't sleep. The front desk service was very good. The facilities are all clean and brand new, but they are all under renovation. It’s so painful and it’s so difficult to have a good sleep💔💔💔💔💔Wait until the renovation is completed. It’s really hard to comment at the moment💔💔💔💔

I loved saying here. The homestay is located within the scenic area. It can be hard to navigate the area if you’re coming here for the first time. I got dropped off at a station after I showed the driver the address and walked uphill for 20-30 minutes before I was able to find the homestay. I recommend getting in touch with the homestay beforehand to arrange a pickup from the bus point since buses don’t drop you all the way to the homestay. There is free service for pick up and drop off to/from the bus station.
The food here was spectacular - simple and delicious. The people who work here are super considerate and welcoming. The homestay also partners with Wudang Taoist Academy which I later found out so I might be back to participate in one of the programs later on however if you are traveling to Wudang and also looking for classes in Tai Chi from well established instructors, this is definitely the place to be. The person who runs it is well-connected and can help you out with whatever you need. I was mostly communicating via WeChat which translated English-Chinese and vice versa easily. If you want to explore other areas within Wudang, you most definitely will be needing the shuttle bus.
I am very satisfied with my stay and will return if I get an opportunity.

This hotel/retreat is an incredibly special place, and I feel so grateful to have come across it in my travels, as it will hold a special place in my memory! I have a strong feeling that I will be back (possibly many times!) in the future. I cannot say enough good things about it, whether it be the beautiful architectural design of the buildings and landscaping of the property, the gorgeous cafe, the zen-like room aesthetic, the calm and nourishing atmosphere of the whole place, the incredibly kind staff, and the nourishing and delicious food (which is made with great attention and care paid to the ingredients (most of which are grown on the farm), and their healing principles according to the elements and Chinese medicine nutrition)). There are free evening healing offerings too, including sound healing, card reading, and other thing, which bring guests together to experience collectively as well, in a beautiful retreat center room. The cafe/lobby building is such a pretty and welcoming space, one could easily spend hours enjoying a conversation or reading a book, or petting one of the many adorable cats that roam the property. Even walking along the meandering path to the hotel from the main road is a beautiful experience, winding through tea fields in this magical valley at the base of steep mountains surrounding it. I have stayed at a number of hotels in China during my travels, but this place is by far my favorite of all of them, for its authentic feel and heartfelt warmth. It truly is a uniquely powerful place for healing and restoration, nestled in such a picturesque, quiet hillside of Wudang mountain!!

Facilities: Chinese style
Cleanliness: Clean
Environment: Very close to the scenic bus stop, just across the street. You can even watch the sunrise from the 4th-floor rooftop.
Service: The front desk lady was very attentive. She would come out to greet guests every time she saw them and personally escorted us to our room door. She was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. We'll definitely come again.

The hotel's quaint architecture perfectly complements the Wudang Mountains. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, provided excellent and very thoughtful service (I asked for a few hair ties, and she kept encouraging me to take more 😊). The hotel offers many organized activities; my husband really enjoyed the free one-hour 'Tai Chi' lesson in the evening, taught by a Xuanwu sect disciple – a great experience! During the day, there are various traditional Chinese arts and crafts lessons available too, like zither, chess, calligraphy, and painting. If you have time, I'd recommend staying a few extra days! The breakfast was also rich and varied. All in all, a very satisfying stay!

Guest UserThe location is convenient, and there's free parking. The surrounding area is quiet and clean, with excellent facilities. The hotel is right at the entrance of the scenic area's ticket office, very close, less than a 100-meter walk. If you stay in a room on the right side, you can even see the vehicles departing. Most importantly, it doesn't feel overly commercialized; it truly blends with the natural harmony of the mountain.

Guest UserThe high-altitude view is excellent, the night view of the city outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is panoramic, and the lights are full. The room is clean and comfortable, the service is intimate, leaning on the window to watch the sunset into the night in the evening, the stay experience is super healing, I will choose this one next time!

The location is good. The hotel parking lot is a one-way street, so those coming from the main road should follow the parking lot signs. There is a square and a museum on the side of the hotel. Those who sleep lightly at night should tell the customer service in advance (there are exercises in the morning and amusement facilities in the evening).
