Guest UserMy stay at the Yala Snow Mountain Tibetan-style family room was fantastic! The 80-square-meter space was spacious and comfortable, with a wooden ceiling and warm-toned decor creating a cozy ******* atmosphere. The valley view was a highlight, with stunning scenery visible through the large windows. Special praise goes to the hotel's attention to detail: the welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the unforgettable ******* butter tea was rich and flavorful, showcasing authentic hospitality. Even though we arrived late, they provided a complimentary shuttle from the high-speed rail station and a traditional ******* khata (ceremonial scarf). The surrounding farmland and yaks were incredibly soothing. Milk wasn't available for breakfast on the first day, but it was provided on the second.
The hotel facilities were also excellent, and the bathtub in the room was perfect for relaxation. The wine cabinet in the public area was particularly impressive, with its elegant design and extensive selection of wines, reflecting the hotel's refined taste. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all satisfactory, making it a perfect stay. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking unique and high-quality accommodations! It's exactly as pictured in the promotional materials.

First, let me start by praising the landlady! Haha! When it comes to accommodation, there are three key things: cleanliness, service, and value for money! Xingchen not only excels in these three aspects but also pays great attention to details!
1. **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness is top-notch, and they've thought of everything. Even the toilets are high-end.
2. **Service**: I was coming down from Huanglong Scenic Area, it was already dark, and my feet were aching. I tried calling, and the landlady answered. Her words, ”Where are you? I'll arrange a car to pick you up,” gave me a warmth usually reserved for family. Only a close relative would speak like that.
When I got back to the guesthouse, I was so tired that I had a headache and an upset stomach. The landlady brewed me a cup of local tea, which I'm truly grateful for. I also have to mention that the food was delicious, breakfast was good, and the cold dishes were particularly tasty!
3. **Value for money**: When I first arrived at the entrance, I was amazed by its grandeur. Walking into the room, I was impressed by its spaciousness and cozy layout. The stargazing room was much better than anything I saw at Lugu Lake, with both central heating and underfloor heating.
4. **Details**: What touched me the most was that they provide conditioner for female guests. There's only one type of cup. But what I absolutely must highlight are the incredibly comfortable slippers! These are the best slippers I've ever worn in any hotel, inn, or guesthouse, bar none. This thoughtful touch could only come from the landlady's meticulousness!
**In summary!** It's truly excellent, five-star worthy! If you're going to Huanglong, choose Xingchen; you won't regret it! They have limited rooms, so it's best to book in advance.
Finally, when we went to Songpan Ancient City, the landlady even arranged a private car for us at 50 yuan per person! Thank you, landlady!! I wasn't feeling well at the time, so I didn't take any photos, but I love the flowers at the entrance. (Picture below is...)

The courtyard's layout is artfully arranged, with every detail meticulously crafted – from the dry landscape garden in the corner to the red lanterns under the eaves and the old water缸 in the patio, each element exudes the charm of Chinese aesthetics. What's truly captivating is that despite its prime location in the heart of Songpan Ancient City (No. 22, Wenmiao Back Alley, North Street, Jin'an Town), with the main street right outside for easy access to shopping and dining, the courtyard itself offers a peaceful sanctuary, isolated from the external hustle and bustle. Sitting by the tea table in the courtyard, basking in the warm highland sun, watching the light and shadows dance slowly across the bluestone slabs, and listening to the wind chimes under the eaves – that feeling of 'dwelling in the human world yet free from the clamor of carriages and horses' is something you truly have to experience to understand.

Guest UserThis is a new countryside style inn near Songpan Station. The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, offering free pickup and transfer to the station. We can also pick apples and pears from their small garden. The room is clean, and the hotel provides an electric blanket. Breakfast is a simple Chinese-style meal with homemade pickles.

DaughterofEveLooking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel is quite close to Huanglong Scenic Area and has its own underground parking garage. The owner was also very thoughtful. We arrived at 9 PM, and she had already turned on the underfloor heating for us in advance. However, the overall facilities felt a bit average; some parts of the underfloor heating worked, while others didn't. The toothbrush cups in the bathroom were disposable, and the facilities seem a few years old.

The room view was fantastic! 👍 The panorama was expansive, and in the morning, when I drew the curtains, sunlight streamed over the mountains opposite. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, it's definitely worth staying. A lovely lady picked me up from the train station, and the front desk staff were also very welcoming. Even without a car, there's no need to worry about transportation; the hotel arranges drivers for pick-ups and drop-offs. It's also very convenient for getting to Huanglong.

Guest UserTop notch hospitality and care from the front desk staffs before we even checked into the hotel. Our luggages were taken from our cab into the hotel before check in. We were then welcomed with hot tea beverages to help relieve my mum’s high altitude sickness. Checking in was a breeze as the front desk anticipated our arrival. The hotel and room has a traditional chinese design which gives a vibe of staying in an ancient chinese town. The bed has warmers that help keeps warm. Water heater works well and basic amenities are adequate. We also received welcome gifts of traditional ******* tea leaves and fragrant incense which are local specialities of the area, from the hotel staff. They also helped to arrange a special soup hotpot dinner where the lovely restaurant staff came to the hotel to lead us to the restaurant. The meal was excellent and value for money. As my mum was not feeling so well due to altitude sickness, we asked if there’s any health massage in the city. The hotel staff helped us make reservation for a ******* health massage and even offered to drive us there! The massage was good and reasonably priced. The hotel is located inside the Songpan Ancient Town. The night lights in the town is perfect for photography. All the attractions in Songpan is within close vicinity. Bus station is also just nearby around 3 minutes drive away. Since we had to catch the high speed railway at Zhenjiangguan, the hotel staff even sent us to the shuttle bus station and get us settled there with our luggage etc. They advised us to get the shuttle bus as it is free to the railway station and also advice on the time to get ready. These kinds of hospitality makes one feel like they are at a relative’s home. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located pretty near to Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport, around 6-7 km, hence the location is perfect for travelers who arrive by evening flight who wish to visit Huanglong Scenic Area before proceeding to Jiuzhaigou, like us. The hotel provides airport transfer from Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport to the hotel for free. You need to call them on the day of departure/arrival at 9 AM to arrange for airport transfer. You also need a local phone number or WeChat account in order to communicate with the chauffeur. They charge RMB 50 for return transfer back to the airport. The chauffeur, Mr Gen, also drove us to and from Huanglong back to hotel the next day for RMB 200. Mr Gen was extremely helpful. My sister slipped and fell while in Huanglong and needed to go to hospital. He drove us to a local hospital and waited patiently for us to finish seeing doctor, getting x-ray done and getting medicine. Xiao Tai at front desk was friendly and helpful. She provided us a few bottles of water before we went to Huanglong. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. As the restaurant was extremely crowded during dinner, we requested for room service and they delivered our order to our room with no extra charges.

Guest User(Excellent)
1.The hostess is very friendly.
2. I bought her dinner on the first floor and it was very delicious.
3. It takes about 14 minutes to walk from the high-speed rail station. It is very close.
4. The room was clean and I was glad to see the mountains outside the window.
5. The blanket was cozy and the hot water came out well.
6. It was nice to have a cultural experience here. (Disappointing)
1. The windows are not double windows and they are not insulated well. We had to keep the heating on when the electricity came on.
3. There are many places under construction around the building, so the power supply is unstable. Please warm up your bed and charge your phone when the electricity comes in.
4. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a second-floor room when you check-in. The third-floor room has a sore throat due to the continuous smoke coming up from the second-floor cigarette.
5. There was a restaurant near the hotel that said ”Breakfast” and when I went there at 7:30 the door was locked. I looked around all around the hotel, but none of the restaurants were open. Prepare food such as snacks and fruits in advance for breakfast.
6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself.
(Other)
1. The map app confirms that buses run between the ancient fortress wall and the high-speed rail station, but when I asked the locals, they said they don't operate it. I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well.
2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)
