"Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities."

"The hotel's location is excellent, not far from Liuxing Street. The building itself is newly constructed and very modern. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the service was great. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, the hygiene is impeccable, and the facilities are comprehensive. For this season, the price was genuinely good value for money. Plus, the breakfast selection was very rich. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely make this my first choice next time I visit Yili!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! Since I was traveling with friends, there were 8 of us and we booked 5 rooms. I was so surprised and delighted to find that the larger rooms actually consist of three smaller rooms, meaning everyone could have their own private space. Even the single rooms were quite spacious. The overall environment of the hotel is great, and the breakfast was excellent. Definitely worth visiting again."

"We had a superior room. Furniture was old, wall a bit dirty but all in all ok. But the smell on the floor was terrible. Too many smokers stayed here. Good location, night market around the corner, train station just a few hundred meters away"

"I was hesitant before booking this place because it's far from the city center but close to the train station. However, taxis in Yining are incredibly easy to hail and super cheap! (I usually take public transport whenever possible, but Xinjiang, apart from Urumqi's Line 1, doesn't have a subway, and buses are hard to wait for, though you can if you're patient. This Backpacker's Ten Years hostel is also close to a bus stop.) I don't know if I was just lucky, but all seven or eight times I took a taxi, it was a female driver, and the cars all smelled great – it made the whole experience fantastic. The exterior of this Backpacker's Ten Years hostel is designed like a 'Red Dust Inn' (a style of ancient Chinese inn). The common areas are incredibly spacious, with billiards, computers, projection screens, TVs, and a pair of super friendly cats. The bed was enormous, I'd say 1.5m (I'm not sure if that's exact, but I was genuinely shocked when I first saw it). It was off-season, and I booked a 10-bed dorm. The front desk lady said if the bottom bunks in the 10-bed dorm were full, she'd put me in a bottom bunk in an 8-bed dorm, which was a nice gesture. The bathroom had plenty of hooks and a waterproof curtain, which was great. I didn't wash any large items of clothing since it was winter, so I can't comment on the drying area."

The front desk staff are very helpful, and the doormen and security guards are also great – they even proactively opened doors and helped with luggage. The complimentary airport shuttle service is a fantastic convenience for guests. They also offer free laundry service, which is a real lifesaver for business travelers. The breakfast selection and taste are also quite good. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth staying at."

"Selecting Atour for this trip was an absolutely brilliant move! The moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff immediately offered a hot tea, instantly melting away my travel weariness. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was designed with a minimalist yet cozy aesthetic, and the bedding was so incredibly comfortable that I never wanted to leave, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. Smart amenities like the intelligent toilet and wireless charging ports truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Plus, the hotel provides complimentary laundry and drying services, which is a total lifesaver for people like me! The surrounding area offers fantastic options for dining and shopping, and transportation is incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the front desk even presented a small gift at check-out – my impression of this hotel couldn't be higher! From now on, Atour will definitely be my go-to choice for future travels!"

"The location is incredibly convenient; it's only about a 15-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is super handy whether you're catching a flight or looking for a bite to eat. The surrounding amenities are also excellent. The service is absolutely impeccable; the front desk staff are warm and efficient, and they respond to any issues incredibly quickly. The rooms are spotless, with not a speck of dust in any corner, and the bed linen is pristine, making for a truly comfortable stay. The facilities are great too; the room has plenty of hot water, stable internet, and all the essential amenities. The mattress is very comfortable, and my sleep quality wasn't affected at all, which really reflects the quality assurance of the Marriott brand. However, there are two minor details I'd like to suggest for an even better experience: Firstly, the underfloor heating. As someone from the south, I really couldn't handle the 'enthusiasm' of it – I understand it's government-mandated heating, but the indoor temperature was often too high, making it hard to sleep at night due to the heat. I even had to use a humidifier to alleviate the dryness. I suggest the hotel could equip rooms with adjustable thermostats, or provide thicker blackout curtains or extra cooling devices to help guests flexibly regulate their comfort levels. Secondly, the stir-fried greens at breakfast. The variety of dishes was rich, including local Xinjiang specialty milk tea and yogurt, which was generally good. However, the taste of the stir-fried greens was inconsistent; sometimes it was fresh and delicious over the four days, other times it was too oily or unevenly seasoned. I hope they can maintain a consistent standard for this dish. Aside from these two minor shortcomings, the hotel offers excellent overall value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and travel layovers. If these two details can be improved in the future, it would be an absolutely flawless choice, and I would prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Yining!"

"I score 6 out of 5. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, and my parents were very satisfied. Quiet, good for sleep. I heard that the rooftop can also see the Tianshan Mountain on both sides of Yining. I arrived late at night and was unwell, because it was the old town. I couldn't get a taxi for half an hour on the side of the road. I discussed with the landlord and drove us to the doctor and buy medicine. I was very intimate to help us find a shop for porridge. The next morning, I also sent the plane. Thank you for saving my life, I hope I have a chance to come again hahaha 😉"
