LLiaoLThis guesthouse is an absolute gem for a winter trip! Outside, it's a breathtaking snowy landscape, while inside, the underfloor heating keeps everything wonderfully warm, truly making you feel rejuvenated. The owner is incredibly welcoming and even recommended some fantastic local eateries. The location is also perfect – it's quiet and private but not out of the way, just about a five-minute walk to Liuxing Street. I'm definitely bringing my friends next time; I bet the experience will be even better! It's the kind of place I'd love to just chill out at repeatedly during the winter!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located not far from both the airport and the high-speed train station. It's in a residential area, so it's relatively quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent; I highly recommend the Xinjiang peppercorn chicken, which was very flavorful. For dinner, there's a minority ethnic restaurant nearby with delicious and generously sized Big Plate Chicken. Overall, I was very satisfied. I just hope the cleanliness details can be improved a bit more; then it would be perfect!

GGuest UserThe hotel that came out of Sailimu Lake, newly opened, the facilities are new, the key service attitude is very good, responsive, smart home, the bedding is very comfortable, sleep well, breakfast is beautiful. Downstairs commercial parking lot, the hotel can enter the car number for free parking, and there is a laundry room, everything is fine. It’s a bit far to eat dinner, but I want to eat specialties. Check in Liuxing Street and take a taxi for 10 minutes, which is convenient. The front desk lady also sent apricot peel tea, delicious, and added points on the road! ! Like their enthusiasm and service!

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and has a parking lot, making parking very convenient. There is a barbecue restaurant next to it. It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

As an out-of-towner, the biggest fear is picking a bad spot, but the Binglv Kunlun Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The location is superb, right next to Xinyuemao, so after an evening of shopping, you can head straight back to your room – safe and convenient. The room was clean and bright, with plenty of hot water and stable Wi-Fi. Even the slippers and toiletries were individually packaged, showing great attention to detail. The front desk staff even patiently recommended local eateries in Mandarin (we went to an amazing BBQ place!). For travelers unfamiliar with the area, this hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's like a warm guide. Highly recommend it to all friends visiting Ili!

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.

The bedding is quite clean, and pillowcases and quilt covers are given out when you enter the door.
It is more reassuring to put them up by yourself.
The boss is a successful person, quite generous.

The atmosphere is very good, ** enthusiasts can go there.

The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and they paid great attention to detail. When I entered the room, I saw two large beds of 1.5 to 2 meters. The main thing is that the house is clean and tidy. The mattress is a latex mattress, which is very rare. Some hotels use latex mattresses, which are extremely comfortable and improve your sleep quality. They also provide free airport drop-off service!
