"The lake view room offered a stunning view! The double sinks were super convenient for getting ready, and having both a bathtub and a pool was a huge plus. The kids had an absolute blast at the kids' club, digging in the sand, feeding animals, and riding the mini-train – they didn't even want to leave to explore! For breakfast, there was Zunyi beef vermicelli and beef noodles, plus Zunyi Ciba. The dinner buffet had plenty of crawfish, and we also enjoyed steak, lamb chops, oysters, and ice cream. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the Zunyi Conference Site, and ordering takeout was a breeze."

"This is my second visit to Zunyi, and I stumbled upon the Phoenix Grand Hotel. After checking in, I realized it was indeed the most satisfying part of my trip! On the morning of our check-in, while we were still enjoying Chishui, the hotel called to confirm our itinerary. When we arrived in the afternoon, we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Even though it was during the Qingming Festival, they still offered us a very favorable rate for the extended stay. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively arranged a room for us on the first floor. The hotel is located in Huichuan District, which I consider to be Zunyi's new urban area. Suzhou Road, with tons of great food options, is just a short walk downstairs. You can find many Zunyi specialties within a few steps, like Min Si, Yiguo Xian, Huagongchang Roast Chicken, and Laopopo Ice Slush... so many choices that we couldn't try them all in two days. Phoenix Mountain is right behind the hotel, and the Zunyi Conference Site is about four kilometers away. Taxis are readily available downstairs at all times, making transportation very convenient. Now, let's talk about what impressed us the most about the hotel. While other hotels only allow you to wash one or two items for a fee, Phoenix Grand Hotel offers free laundry services every day. Each room's laundry is washed in a separate machine, dried, folded, and returned to your room. This was incredibly thoughtful for us, as parents traveling with children, who worry about clothes not drying. We could also sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast, as it's served until 12 PM. There's afternoon tea from 2 PM to 6 PM, and late-night snacks from 8 PM to 1 AM (rice noodles, noodles, rice skin, wontons, tangyuan, and congee – your choice). Oh, and upon check-in, there was a fruit platter in the room (mango, grapes, green dates, cherry tomatoes, bananas...). If you're driving, the front desk will even help you book a car wash right behind the hotel lobby. Just hand them your keys, and they'll even park your car back in the parking lot after it's washed. When we checked out, the front desk proactively asked how many children we had and thoughtfully provided us with several bottles of the hotel's special chrysanthemum tea to drink on our journey. In summary, the service is very attentive, and their responses are prompt. I highly recommend choosing this hotel when you visit Zunyi!"

" Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients."

"The hotel wasn't far from the conference venue, and I expected it to be decent for the price, except for the slightly long parking lot. However, they offered to pick me up and drop me off with my luggage, and breakfast was included. The value for money and overall experience were excellent; it was truly great. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped, featuring smart voice control for lights, curtains, and air conditioning, which is very convenient. Hygiene: It's clean and hygienic; there were no unpleasant smells in the room, and the cleaning was very thorough. Environment: The location is very convenient, situated in the old town, and getting a taxi is easy. It’s just a few minutes' walk to the Zunyi Conference Site, Hongjun Street, and Laosha Lane. There are many street food options nearby, making it great for dining, shopping, and experiencing Zunyi's Red Culture. The overall experience was excellent. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently explained where to go and how to travel economically. They even provided a small guide booklet, which was a thoughtful touch. In the evening, I also received a complimentary bowl of glutinous rice balls in fermented rice wine from the hotel (it was a 'mystery box' random snack), delivered directly to the room after scanning a QR code. Overall, my stay at this hotel during my Zunyi trip was a very good experience, and the value for money was quite high.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the Lanhai Expressway entrance and exit. It is suitable for resting during the journey. There are various dining, coffee shops, fast food downstairs. The only dissatisfaction was that I checked in at one o'clock in the morning and found that the hotel sheets must have been changed by the last guest. The quilt was opened with a small black dot, dust or clothes hair balls, and several short hairs... The bed is also the kind that obviously someone has slept. Not the hard crease of the sheets. I brought my own quilt cover and didn't toss late at night. But it's really annoying... shouldn't one customer change be the most basic? Although the price is very favorable, it is too difficult to accept the sheets without changing this.

Good location, Zunyi is not big, in the downtown area, it is more convenient to go anywhere, walk more than 10 minutes from the old site of Zunyi Conference, the decoration style is small and fresh, young people generally like it! The front desk lady is beautiful and kind, and the mouth is sweet, answering questions patiently and thoughtfully, praise!

The hotel's location is excellent. It's closer to the core scenic area compared to the Mùshān (暮山) hotel on the mountaintop. You can take the elevator directly from inside the hotel to Building B's front desk, walk a few steps to the river, and even see parts of the scenic area from your balcony. The hotel's facilities and soft furnishings are great, and all the amenities are well-equipped. We originally planned to have sour soup fish by the river, but it was full, so my friend and I ordered dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. It was surprisingly good; the hotel's Chinese food was excellent, and then we leisurely went to watch the performance. Also, I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast and service. The breakfast selection is rich, and the service is excellent, including the car-hailing and luggage-forwarding services! Highly recommend!

An absolutely perfect experience from the moment I walked in until check-out! The lobby is elegant and grand, with a delightful fragrance. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding and a mattress that was just right – I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. The soundproofing was incredible; I couldn't hear any outside noise. All the facilities were complete and new, and the bathroom amenities were high-quality, with thoughtful little touches everywhere. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get around and convenient for dining and shopping. Service was prompt and responsive to every request, making me feel completely at home! This is definitely my top choice for future trips, whether for leisure or business. I'll be staying here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone!

So glad we chose this guesthouse for New Year's Eve! There wasn't much open in Zunyi city, and the owner here actually invited all the guests to a reunion dinner – so incredibly welcoming. The room was great too, with a large balcony that offered a view of most of the festivities. If you don't want to be in the thick of the crowd, watching the 'iron flower' show from the room actually gives you a better view. The room had a heater, so it was super warm in winter. Coming back to a cozy room after freezing outside at the show was fantastic. The hygiene was excellent, on par with Hanting or Atour. We also had the sour fish soup in the guesthouse the next day; it was a generous portion and not expensive at all. Highly recommend staying here!

The geographical environment of the hotel is superior, just two or three hundred places from the ticket gate of Shuanghedong Scenic Area, you can run early in the morning. The surrounding scenery is really comfortable! The parking lot uncle, the hotel receptionist, the restaurant waiter are very good and very enthusiastic, this point is a compliment! The hotel's facilities are indeed old. The faucet of the sink is swayed over and can't be fixed. The reel shelf for toilet paper is rotten directly. It is good to put toilet paper on the toilet. The ground is floor tiles, wet, slippery, easy to slip, this must be paid attention to, especially the elderly slippery is a fracture. To be honest, more than 1,000 room rates, if you look at the room facilities, I think it is worth more than 200! Breakfast is very good, that is, there is almost nothing to eat at nine o'clock, the sauce meat is delicious. Because of the geographical advantage of the hotel, I think the price is more than 500! The owner of this 民宿 will never understand how grateful i was for her help. I came for 1 night and stayed for 3 due to a series of misfortunes. When i arrived i had forgot my passport in the previous city i stayed 200kms away. The owner calmly checked me in anyways and coordinated with my previous hotel to retrieve my passport. Later that day i got heatstroke and i fell down a flight of stairs really hurting my tailbone, the owner gave me medicine and checked up on me. My passport arrived in the morning and i was feeling a bit better. Then my phone got wet and broke. The Owner helped me find a shop to repair my phone and finally after 3 days, i was able to leave. Being a foreigner lost without passport or money or GPS is very scary. The owner helped keep me safe and calm. I’ll never ever forget her considerate and caring presence. Thank you forever!

The right way to open it is to come to Wujiangzhai and stay in the scenic spot. Mushan Hotel is at the highest point of the village. You need to take a car to go to the core scenic area. We booked Building 2. In the early morning, when we opened the window on the balcony, we were surrounded by green trees and the chirping of birds. The hotel service is very good. You can get free tickets, free shuttle bus, and free parking fees. The staff also helps to check in your luggage. Special thanks to the front desk of the hotel. Because the family brought a lot of things with them on a family trip, a bag of the child's things fell in the lobby. It was only when I went to bed at night that I remembered that there was a tablet in it. I hurriedly went to the lobby to look for it. I didn't expect to find it, but I didn't expect it. The staff has picked it up and placed it at the front desk. Just for this reason, this scenic spot is worth visiting again.
