Excellent service, stunning views, very pretty hotel, highly recommended! The most handsome manager contacted us before our arrival to arrange a pick-up service. When we landed at the airport, George the driver was already waiting for us with a name sign — so convenient and stress-free. He drove us to the nearest drop-off point near McDonald's, and from there, handsome manager and Edward the porter was already there waiting for us. it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Edward helped carry our luggage from the roadside all the way to the room, and did the same when we checked out. Such thoughtful service! During check in, handsome manager was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, taking the time to explain the nearby attractions and facilities in detail. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his guests. Our room was on the higher floor of the building, offering exceptional privacy. The space was absolutely beautiful — a two-level unit with a breathtaking view of the caldera and the volcano island. The hot tub was a highlight. The water was wonderfully warm, and since March was a bit chilly, soaking in the tub became the most relaxing part of each day. We spent hours in there, enjoying the panoramic volcano view — absolutely perfect. The unit itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The toiletries — shampoo, body lotion, and so on — were from a lovely brand with such a rich, elegant fragrance. As soon as we walked into the room, we were greeted by that beautiful scent. It felt fresh, special, and incredibly romantic. Breakfast was served with a sheet where you could tick your choices, and you could select different items each day — a lovely touch. The breakfast itself was generous and delicious. The hotel is run by a small, dedicated team. The same gentleman Mr Edward who helped carry our luggage also took care of breakfast, room maintenance,, and more. Everyone we met was always smiling, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay truly special — honestly one of the very best experiences I've ever had. As for the stairs — yes, there are some steps to reach the hotel, but this is Santorini. If you're expecting a flat walk everywhere, this probably isn't the right island for you. In the context of Santorini, the stairs here are absolutely nothing to worry about. The location is actually very convenient — you can walk along the cliffside path or head down to the old port, and take the cable car back up, which is fun and easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.

We arrived pretty early in the morning, and the front desk lets us check-in once our rooms are ready even before the normal check-in hours. The rooms were well cleaned, and the location is fantastic. Just a few minutes walk to the main square in Fira, and a few minutes walk to the bus stop in Fira as well. All the staffs working at the hotel is just amazing, everyone is friendly and have been of great hospitality. However to note that there are no shampoo, conditioner and toothbrush provided. Other than that everything else is great. Would definitely recommend for those on a budget, and have certain standards for the rooms.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

The best thing is the location, the sea view is unbeatable, and the sunset is extremely beautiful. I personally think it is better than Ohia. The handsome guy at the front desk is very considerate. The airplane air conditioning code is wrong, so the handsome guy directly carried the electric heater he was using upstairs to us, which was warm. The breakfast was delivered to the room, which was rich. There are 2 blue-roofed chapels nearby, which are a few minutes' walk away. Disadvantages: Hygiene needs to be improved, there are hairs on the sheets and sink

We’d like to especially thank the duty manager Margarita for the following: 1. Providing swift assistance to our oversight in duplicate booking, and proactively contacting the travel agent so we could cancel the duplicate booking and receive refunds within the same day 2. Is very knowledgeable about the island; she has provided personalised itinerary recommendations based on our preference; she has made very thoughtful arrangements regarding transport and restaurants, including recommending a trip to the Santos Wine Winery which offered us the best sunset views of the island we have ever seen. 3. Is extremely friendly, always greets guests with a big smile, and she has made our stay a superbly wonderful and pleasant experience. In addition to the warm hospitality, the property is a lovely place to stay; the pool has a beautiful view and the breakfast is wonderful to the eyes and our stomach. Thank you Ms. Margarita and I’d highly recommend visitors to stay at the Callia Retreat Suites next time they visit Santorini.

The environment is super beautiful! Eurasian Town is worthy of being called a cat island. There are cute cats everywhere. Different cats come to accompany us for an open-air breakfast with sea view every day. It is really chilling! It has been promoted to my No.1 destination for future vacations! It’s only a dozen meters away from Santorini’s most famous photo spot, so you don’t have to queue up to take photos like other tourists, which is great!

The environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, and we were upgraded to a large room. Whether it is the manager or the two waiters, the service is very good. There is also a 24-hour warm water bath on the balcony, with lights, which is very beautiful, although we did not take a bath due to strong winds. The only comment is that there are too few fruits and vegetables in the breakfast, which can be improved.

Everything is just fine and perfect—the hotel, the location, everything is just perfect. The people are so nice, but there was one thing missing. We had a problem with the AC, and we asked for their help twice (we needed to turn it off, and it wouldn't turn off, so we asked them). They came, checked, and then left, and they never came back or did anything. It was a little disappointing. Other than that, nothing—everything was on point.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, and the amenities are excellent. The main pool area offers incredible views, perfect for photos. Breakfast was decent, but for the price, I think it could be better. The hotel is located down a hill, and getting to town requires a 10-minute uphill walk, which might be challenging for older guests.
