Yogyakarta Hotels with Wifi

We love the location of this Hotel. Easy to walk to the nearest shopping areas. Breakfast spread is good although this is within the fasting period. Only one small comment is the Bathing room is very slippery when showering. I slipped and fall while bathing, lucky that I didn't knock on to the glass panel or the wall. Suggest to have bathing mat at the showering point. Overall for my friends and I are very satisfy with the stay at Harper Hotel.

The hotel's location is super strategic, really close to Tugu Jogja. There are tons of food options along the street, and it's also near the train station. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the food is delicious!

The location is not far from Malioboro. However, due to the traffic, it's difficult to walk, so it takes about a five-minute Grab ride. The lobby staff are friendly, and the breakfast spread is good with plenty of options. As for the room condition, the showerhead was a bit problematic, and in my room, I found some small ants. Luckily, they didn't reach the bedroom, but it's something to keep in mind if you're staying at the Suite Residence.

The welcome drink was refreshing when I checked in during the day, and in the evening it was like ginger tea. 5. The room also met my request: clean, fragrant, tidy, with great facilities, and the AC was wonderfully cold. 6. The swimming pool and gym are also excellent. 7. Highly recommended as a choice, especially since as a resident of Gading Serpong, the hotel is within walking distance to Kopi Tuku, Gudeg Sagan, Tugu Jogja, and Malioboro. In short, this hotel is incredibly strategic, simply the best.

My experience at ARTOTEL Yogyakarta is truly impressive — the digital art installations at the reception area, well chosen art sculptures and paintings, the warm staff greetings, the scent, the atmosphere, the design, and the overall hospitality felt like a real piece of modern art. It sets very high standards for the ARTOTEL chain.

The staff are incredibly friendly, right from the security guard at the entrance to those in the rooms. The rooms are clean, the water is clean, and the swimming pool on the top floor is great. Highly recommended! There aren't any connecting doors between rooms yet, but you can request adjoining rooms (if available).

Because it's hot in Jogja, I really wanted to shower from head to toe the moment I arrived at the hotel, but there was no hairdryer provided. I was afraid my hair wouldn't dry if I showered at night, and I wouldn't have time to dry it if I showered in the morning.

The hotel's location right next to the train station is very easy to find and convenient for travel. It's also a very easy walk to the walking street. The food is delicious, and the staff are lovely and welcoming.

Dont understand who gave good reviews for this homestay, maybe they stayed for the right price sufficient for this small house. Not worth more than 80K. I prefer to not review if not for few unprofessional issues. While booking this place, the price changed more than a few times from rupiah 120 to 250k. I never seen like this happen online bookings. So, i did not book. Many hours later the priice was down at 120k again. So, i booked. Then, the owner sends twice long annoying emails and a shorter whatsapp message (attached herewith) asking for pre-arrival info, a very professional wriiten corporate style. I ignored since those just did not look right. Upon reaching the place - not a corporate guest house but a crampy old home, the owner came out slowly and then just talks to my wife completely ignoring me. He kept chatting. Not a likeable elder, a little tricky i felt.. The room was very small with a type of bed that is just good for a few hours sleep. No water bottles, tissues or new soap. Poor room lighting matched the purpose. In the night one someone plays the TV so loud right next to the room for a long time until i requested him to lower volume. Almost midnight a few guests were tslking so loud right there for a long time knowing we were sleeping. We left early the next day.
