It was only after 2 hours, at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, that we received a reply, and it was after the water and electricity were restored to normal. We waited for a long time in vain, and all our electronic devices needed electricity, but unfortunately we spent this night in a very worried and bad mood, which undoubtedly affected the mood of the trip. Although the hotel can check in early and provide champagne service upon request, I don't think this is what the staff let us recall as a ”benefit” on WhatsApp. The power outage and water outage are not your fault, but I think your attitude is not very sincere, just superficial. No matter what you say, you should know it in your heart. To be honest, I didn't see the hotel's symbolic compensation for such a long power outage, because it really affected our mood at the time. But anyway, this hotel is not recommended. If you have a car and you don't have high requirements for sea views and volcano views, if you don't want to go to the beach and can get there quickly, you can book this hotel."
