"The room was big and spacious , and the view from our hotel was also good . We really liked and enjoyed . The only issue we had is the bathroom , it was on the second floor and we are on the first floor. When we asked about it on the reception , the staff on the time at 2 pm on 18-3 was quite rude. I dont know why she need to yell. Its better to say in a polite manner."

"The room was spacious and the heating worked very well. The key was unique, but the facilities were a bit old. The shower curtain didn't really keep the water in, so the bathroom floor got very wet. The courtyard next to the room was quite nice. Room 509 is actually on the ground floor. I also got bitten by mosquitoes at night, but luckily I managed to kill them quickly. The front desk had a peculiar process: when I checked in, they asked for my credit card to register the number. The next day when I checked out, I inquired about it and was told it was to prevent guests from forgetting to pay city taxes or other fees after leaving. They also assured me that the card information would be deleted later and not to worry."

"The location is perfect, just two minutes from Lido Santa Maria Elisabeth (SME) Station. It's the best option for connecting to the main island and the airport! The facilities are old and only a three-star hotel, but it's great value for money and convenient transportation. Since it was the Biennale, I booked a room in the mid-200,000 won range, but I think 100,000 won would be the best deal. ^^ I stayed for six days and had no issues. The bathroom and toilet were both in good condition."

"Beyond the great location, honestly, everything else was pretty disappointing. The hotel offers a taxi service to the airport for 70 Euros... The room was genuinely tiny, too small, and incredibly hot. The heat made me dizzy. My friend came to visit and also commented on how ridiculously hot it was. The staff kept knocking on my door. I asked them not to knock for a bit and to come back later, but they still knocked 3 to 5 more times. The only real highlight was the friendly and handsome young man at the front desk when I checked in on the first day. He was so gentle and helped me open wine and find cutlery. I didn't take photos of the room because it was so small. But on my way out, I discovered a spacious back garden and took some pictures of that. Pictures 3 and 4 show the room service breakfast and the on-site buffet breakfast. At this hotel, whatever you do, do NOT choose room service for breakfast. It's just a few pieces of bread, and it's outrageously overpriced! I felt like a total sucker! Just walk downstairs and eat the buffet – it's actually decent."

"This hotel is great! I saw a lot of Chinese guests staying here. The room was clean and tidy, and the restaurant staff were very friendly during the two breakfasts I had. The hotel is located right by the highway, with a bus stop outside that goes directly to Venice's main island and the airport/train station. It's perfect for travelers who need to catch a flight the next day or are just arriving in Venice and want to rest for a night. The only downside is that the cleaning staff were very loud in the mornings while cleaning the rooms and in the hallway. I was woken up at the same time both days, which was a bit annoying."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, but honestly, everything else feels a bit subpar compared to other four-star chains like Hilton. Perhaps it's because Venice's urban infrastructure is quite old. The hotel lobby is nice, but the in-room facilities have some flaws, like certain glued-on fixtures that easily fall off. They do have both new European and old Italian standard power outlets, which is, I guess, okay. There are also a few other minor imperfections, and around 2 AM, there seemed to be a party with young people nearby. Overall, though, the location and experience justify the price. There are plenty of dining options nearby; I recommend trying some of the highly-rated restaurants for pasta, pizza, and gelato – the prices are good too. After all, hotels on the main island are even less cost-effective and have older facilities. If you have higher expectations for your experience, I'd suggest going a few kilometers away to a Hilton Garden Inn or similar. The price is about the same, the facilities are better, but transportation isn't as convenient. Otherwise, you'd have to pay double the price for something on the main island. For lower expectations, you could try other nearby hostels that aren't hotels."

"The room was much more spacious than expected, a significant improvement compared to London hotels. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Mestre train station, with a Chinese supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We booked a standard twin room. There are also many other large hotels in the vicinity. Overall, it was a very good experience. Just a heads-up, there were no toothbrushes or cups provided."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. "hotel is a long walk from venice mestre it took around 10 mins with luggage as the roads were bumpy and had lots of potholes the room was fine however the towels were dirty and had stain marks the staff were kind and guided us to take the train to Venice Santa Lucia which costs 1.50€ bus 2 and bus 7 goes to the bus stop thats about 2 mins away from the hotel and it is very convenient but purchase of ticket is difficult hence not recommended by the staff"

"the hotel is ideally situated for tourism purposes. the room we had was clean and tidy and everything worked. it would have been better if there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. the room was made up each day which was nice .the breakfast was very basic and the coffee was revolting. we used the bar one evening and found the the staff rude and unhelpful . overall the stay was ok"
