Venice Hotels with Wifi

"The room was big and spacious; there was a double bed and a set of twin beds. There were two small balconies from which you could see the national library. The toilet was ok, the shower would flood and there was a wooden beam kinda hanging loose. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof and you can hear the noise from the upstairs and neighbouring rooms (especially the toilet noises)."

"My friend and I stayed here for a night. We were allowed to leave our bags in lockers before the check in time which was really convenient (but bring your own padlocks) The room was pretty clean (just a bit worn out) and spacious, beds were comfy. The storage space under the bunk beds was big enough for the backpacks but also required your own padlock. There were two bathrooms in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was a common area outside and inside. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Staying on a higher floor is recommended, as the ground floor seems to be a bar or something similar, and it gets quite noisy. The hotel is very close to the train station, just a short walk away. There are also several good Chinese restaurants nearby. I took a walk around the neighborhood one evening and ended up in a community that seemed to have a lot of Black residents. It's probably best not to wander around there at night."

"The room was spacious and the heating worked very well. The key was unique, but the facilities were a bit old. The shower curtain didn't really keep the water in, so the bathroom floor got very wet. The courtyard next to the room was quite nice. Room 509 is actually on the ground floor. I also got bitten by mosquitoes at night, but luckily I managed to kill them quickly. The front desk had a peculiar process: when I checked in, they asked for my credit card to register the number. The next day when I checked out, I inquired about it and was told it was to prevent guests from forgetting to pay city taxes or other fees after leaving. They also assured me that the card information would be deleted later and not to worry."

"I would reconmend everyone to book this hotel. Cheap, good breakfast spread. So near to mestre (make sure u exit at the back, dont take the scary underpass outside!)"

"The hotel is newly opened this year; the rooms are new and clean, and each has a balcony with plenty of natural light. Drinking water and slippers are provided in the rooms, which is quite unusual in European hotels; most don't offer these. The owner is Chinese and incredibly hospitable. The Sichuan restaurant next door is part of the same business as the hotel, and the food is excellent. I ate there during my stay; it was very affordable, and the owner even gave me a discount. On my last day, my train was at 5 PM, and after dinner, the owner told me to just wait in the restaurant and even gave me a complimentary coffee. It was truly incredibly kind and touching. The hotel's location is superb, just 30 meters from the train station. Staying on the mainland is definitely the best option when traveling to Venice, as the island is not only more expensive but also has older buildings. Furthermore, a Venice pass includes round-trip train tickets between the mainland and the main island. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent, especially for Chinese tourists; it's like being at home!"

"Room and bathrooms were clean. Showers felt like not a lot of privacy offered with fogged glass separating you and everyone and everyone else in the bathroom. Common areas were fun and social. Location was not on main island Venice which meant it was challenging to get home during Italian transport strikes, with limited water bus services. Please be prepared in advance for this. Otherwise it might be more convenient to stay on main island Venice."

"This is a beautiful hotel with a very good location. All the staff are kind, sincere and honest. I am truly grateful to these people. Breakfast is not diverse, and the facilities are a little old, but the Lagoon View room is more competitive than other hotels."

"This hotel was the worst I've stayed at during my trip to Europe. The WiFi kept dropping five or six times in about three minutes, the air conditioning wasn't heating up and I couldn't sleep at night because it was so cold, my feet were covered in dust after walking barefoot in the room, the shower water wasn't hot enough, although the hot water in the sink was hot enough..."
