AAnonymous UserThe antique hotel in the scenic area has two routes to reach the hotel from the train station. Turn left at the train station and cross a bridge. Turn right and cross three bridges. It takes 10 minutes to walk. It is more friendly for people with large suitcases. The door is relatively hidden. There is a Chinese-run supermarket next to it, and the room facilities have a sense of history. When I checked in, the boss was very enthusiastic to help carry my luggage upstairs, and introduced how to buy tickets, take the water bus to various attractions, and take a boat to watch the sunset at dusk.

GGuest UserThe room was a significant departure from the pictures advertised, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel's location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Having breakfast outdoors right by the Grand Canal offered truly fantastic views. A minor point: there was no complimentary bottled water in the room, which might be an unexpected oversight for Chinese guests accustomed to this amenity in hotels. That said, the primary reason we chose this hotel was its convenient location for sightseeing, so these other issues were secondary.

YYunyanThe hotel is about 5-8 mins walk from the Mestre station which is convenient. There's an Asian supermarket nearby and opens until late, it is easy to grab cold drinks and snacks (we visited in June with heat wave in Italy). The hotel has a fitness centre which my husband loves it. If you would like to visit the main island, it needs to take a train from Mestre station to Santa Lucia station for about 10 mins. Unless you have the Trenitalia smartphone app to buy the train ticket online (Italo train does not run this route, Trainline app requires a relatively high handling charge), need to line up at the vending machine to buy the train tickets. There's a big restaurant opposite to the hotel which provides all day dining from breakfast to gelato. There are a few bus routes from Mestre to the airport, all stops are near to the hotel, you could choose the one with the right budget and duration. Be reminded to register to waive the Venice access fee (EUR5.00) if you plan to visit the main island during peak days, check with the hotel for details.

GGuest UserWhat a fabulous hotel perfectly located a block from the Grand Canal and close to both the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square.  The receptionists are outstanding and answered all of our many questions with comprehensive answers, patience and respect. Can’t rave enough about them.  The rooms are even prettier than indicated on line, with plush bedding, a large bathroom and plenty of space. Breakfast was convenient and offered a large variety of choices. Service was also exceptional. Without question - you will enjoy this full service hotel. As a bonus, there is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcase up the stairs.

SShenweidongxinyiyuanThis hotel in Venice had an executive double room. The amenities were very satisfactory! There was an electric kettle, but no drinking water. The breakfast was very good. The front desk was unhelpful. They offered to help with luggage to the room, but it required a small elevator, up and down several flights of stairs. It's very close to the train station on Venice Island, just a few minutes' walk away.

GGuest UserThis apartment hotel has everything you need in it from hair dryer to dishwasher. Everything you need like you live at home. All the kitchenware are spotless. Unfortunately we didn’t have much time to cook. Very helpful and friendly receptionist. Excellent location, 5 mins walk from Mestre station and AirPort Express bus, 5 mins to walk to bus stop to go into Venice Lucia station. About 7 mins walk to Interspar a big supermarket. If I ever go back to Venice will definitely stay here again.

るるいすすあれすThis apartment-style hotel was perfect for a family trip! The room and bed were very spacious, and the living room had an open feel. The kitchen has an oven and washing machine, which is very convenient for long-term trips. The staff were very kind and we were able to check in smoothly. Venice isn't that large, so you can basically get to the tourist spots on foot. It's also about 3 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, so it was perfect for using the water bus!

TTDorisThe shuttle boat we booked with the hotel cost 22 euros per person and took us directly to the hotel entrance, which was a great experience. It was perfect for enjoying the beautiful scenery of Venice without anyone else around. You can also take a bus directly to the entrance. I didn't visit the Glass Island last time, so I wanted to explore it this time. The hotel is right outside the scenic area, so it was a great place to wander around. The bus from the entrance goes directly to the main island, which is quite convenient, but you still have to walk a bit to the boat station. The room was average, not very clean, and the view from the window was lacking, so choose carefully if you mind. I stayed at a five-star hotel in San Marco on the main island last time and was dissatisfied because it was too old. I wonder if Venice is just like that. The beautiful weather and the beauty of Venice these days may make up for some of these shortcomings.

GGuest UserHotel is very good situated, near the waterbus-station, grocery store and a short walk from the Lido beach. Room was new, clean and on the first floor. It had a Hugo shower and good aircondition. The Reception was not the greatest peopleservers but we managed. Breakfast was ok for the price, do not expect anything fancy. I would choose this hotel again because of the location and the newly renovated room 👍

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
