"I rarely book 3-star hotels, so I was quite taken aback when, upon arriving at 11 AM, I was asked to pay a fee to store my luggage. It felt like they were pushing me to pay more for an early check-in instead. Then, on top of the room rate, I had to pay an additional 22 Euros for city tax. We were given a room on the 3rd floor, which we accessed with a code. It faced almost directly onto the entrance/exit of an underground parking garage of the building opposite, and the noise was incredibly loud. I confirmed that there was no room orientation option when booking, and when I asked the front desk, I was told all other rooms were booked! The next morning, the breakfast restaurant was bustling – everyone really seemed to enjoy it. I guess it must be because of the convenient transportation? You can take the 'fishbone bridge' train and the water bus from there."

"The location is incredibly close to the train station, practically right next door, and also very near the water bus stop, making it super convenient for train travel. However, if you're arriving by plane, you'll need to cross a bridge with only stairs after getting off the bus, which might be a bit inconvenient if you have luggage. The river view rooms come with a small balcony where you can enjoy the river scenery. I'd recommend requesting a higher floor for an even better view."

"This hotel is in an excellent location! There's a water bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to the train station – only about a 10-minute ride. The hotel provides complimentary drinking water, a kettle, tea bags, and other amenities. The breakfast was really good, especially the cappuccino; it was even better than what you get at many coffee shops. They had hot food, as well as vegetables and fruits. A big thank you to the front desk for the complimentary room upgrade!"

"It was very quiet at night, and the bed in the room was comfortable. I had a backache after coming from Vienna, but it was cured after one night's sleep. The room had a large bed when I checked in, but I asked to change it to a twin bed. Because the room change delayed dinner time, the manager personally served us to the restaurant and let us dine while we waited. He also provided free drinks and salad. The room was cleaned promptly during our stay, and the bed was turned down at night. The breakfast was rich, and the dinner was delicious. It was very pleasant to have a glass of wine and feel the sea breeze in the evening. The swimming pool is kept constant temperature, and the sea water is not cold enough to swim in the sea. There is also a children's playground. The hotel has a free boat to the main island every half hour, which ends at 11 pm. It is very convenient. I had a great 3-day stay and I will stay here again next time."

"The hotel is located on Venice's sub-island-Lido Island. From the main island, you can either take a boat or a car ferry. Three people and a car are in their early 50s. If you go back and forth, it will cost more than 100 euros. The traffic is not particularly convenient. However, there are few people on the sub-island and the scenery is good, this is still worth a visit. But the most important thing is to complain about the hotel. The room for more than 2,700 two nights is not cheap, but the overall feeling is that the room is not very clean, the bedding feels unclean, the bath towel has a sour taste, the table is gray, and the induction cooker is also bad. This price is a bit worthless Hotel service is not bad, although no slippers are provided, asked, or gave, I hope to do a good job of health"

"Well located hotel, with easy (vaporetto and by foot) connections to all parts of Venice. Breakfast was included and was good. There is a supermarket a couple of mins away. For those with mobility issues but does not use a wheelchair, please check what the hotel has in place to support you when the lift does not work. We chose this hotel as it has lift access to all floors. On the day we were checking out, the power was shut off for works (by the local govt and not the hotel). This resulted in the lifts being inaccessible, making it impossible for one person in our party to access the room. While the hotel was helpful in bringing luggage downstairs, it was concerning that they had no solution to help someone unable to take the stairs. We were fortunate that we had a solution that did not require help from hotel staff, but I am not clear on how someone with mobility issues and stuck on the upper floors would be able to move."

"Very clean and beautiful! The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming, exceeding my expectations! I would definitely stay here again if I come to Venice. They provided disposable slippers, and the mini-fridge was replenished with free drinks daily, which was a pleasant surprise. Bottled water is also available from the staff. The decor is aesthetically pleasing, and you can see the streets of Venice from the windows. It's about two bridges away from the station, so if you have heavy luggage, you might want to reconsider, but it's hard to avoid in Venice. The breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was just average, but trying out the Italian coffee shop outside in the morning would be quite nice."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. For Venice, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. We booked a room with one large bed, but unfortunately, we were given a room with two separate beds and couldn't change it as there were no other rooms available. The standard rooms face a narrow alley, and around 6 AM, trolleys start rolling by, and the noise wakes you up. Overall, the hotel fully lives up to its 4-star rating. Breakfast is served right on the waterfront on an open terrace – a truly beautiful spot!"
