"The hotel is so close to the train station that you can see its sign right from the station entrance. When I came back at night, they even helped me bring my luggage into the room – seriously, who understands the tears of joy from getting service like that in Europe? In the morning, when I checked out with a lot of bags, they helped me open the door. It was really wonderful. They gave me a room with a double-door balcony, the bathroom was lovely, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. They even provided disposable slippers! The restaurant downstairs has delicious food, offers a discount, and is very personable. I'll definitely be back!"

"There were empty bottles in the room, and other people's belongings in the cabinet? I couldn't find towels or anything, probably because they were replaced at the last minute. The Chinese owner was very friendly and provided excellent service. It's a guesthouse, not a hotel. There was a shared restroom."

"Great homestay. Less than 10 minutes from the mestre train station, our train is very convenient to arrive and go to the island. It is also very convenient to take the bus back after getting off the island. The apartment where the homestay is located is quiet and safe. There is no so-called chaos near the train station. The 3 rooms are very large, we 6 people, the suitcase can be fully opened. Kitchen supplies are all available, washing machines and drying racks are available. The room is well ventilated and the air conditioning is also powerful. The boss was very kind and introduced the surrounding situation. Even which supermarket is better, I introduced it very carefully. Great experience."

"It was our first stay in Venice, the hotel is very well located a stone's throw from the bus station. The room is old and could do with a good refresh, the top of the toilet was not fixed, the shower was leaking and worst of all we spent a night in freezing cold, we had to ask for heating it was barely 15 degrees in the room!! In addition we had a power cut every evening and luckily a guest of the hotel intervened to restore the electricity otherwise we would have been left without electricity since there is no one there!! If we had not had all these inconveniences we would have had a good stay in Venice!"
