"We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office. It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day. the ferry ticket office is just 1min walk away. several convenience stores close by. We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected. For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use. The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip."

"An incredible hotel where everything within it: 2 swimming pools, an onsen, a konbini, a restaurant and a bar. All your needs will be filled. Great location as well with Naminoue shrine and beach nearby, and monorail around 15 by foot. But if you want to explore Okinawa further, plenty of bikes, and car rental around. And ferries to go to other islands. I will definitely come back to Okinawa and Sansui Naha hotel!"

"The hotel is located right next to Tsubogawa Station, offering incredibly convenient access as it's just outside the exit. It's also surrounded by convenience stores (FamilyMart and 7-11) and a post office that's even open on weekends. The hotel has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers on the first floor, but their washing and drying performance is quite average; it's probably better to use the laundromat next door. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch buffet. At other times, the restaurant functions as an executive lounge for Accor elite members, but guests who booked through Ctrip cannot access it. It's important to note that while Ctrip bookings *can* be linked to the Accor ALL app, the hotel itself doesn't recognize your Accor membership status nor does it provide member benefits for such bookings. Given that Accor offers excellent benefits to its members in Japan, elite members are strongly advised to book directly through Accor's own channels."

"Overall, it was a great stay, though the location is a bit out of the way. Getting around either required a taxi or a long wait for the infrequent Okinawa buses. A FamilyMart convenience store on the ground floor was very convenient. The 3rd floor has a simple gym, a pool, and self-service laundry facilities (washers and dryers). The breakfast was also excellent. Executive room guests can also enjoy drinks on the rooftop."

"Let's start with the pros: 1. **Excellent Location:** Just a three-minute walk to Kokusai Dori, a vibrant street packed with dining, entertainment, and shopping. 2. **Breakfast:** While not fancy, the variety of dishes is quite good, and some items change daily. 3. **Complimentary Ramen:** The restaurant offers free ramen from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, which is a really thoughtful touch. 4. **All-Day Free Drinks & Ice Cream:** After breakfast hours, they provide complimentary drinks and three flavors of ice cream all day long – a big hit with both parents and kids! 5. **Kids' Activities:** From 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM daily, there are free games, crafts, and other activities, perfect for families with children. 6. **Free Pool & Hot Spring:** You don't even need to leave the hotel to have a great time, thanks to the free swimming pool and hot spring. Now for the cons: 1. **Limited Elevators:** With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long, especially during breakfast hours. 2. **Noisy Public Areas:** Since many families stay here with children, the public areas are constantly bustling and lively. 3. **Self-Service Dining:** After finishing your meal in the restaurant, you have to clear your own dishes and return them to a designated area, and even wipe down the table. 4. **Small Rooms:** The rooms are quite compact; it's hard to move around once you've opened two suitcases. Overall, the good far outweighs the bad. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children."

"A hotel that excels in both hardware and software. The toiletries are Pola, the kettle is Tiger brand, and the drip coffee is the same brand as Monterey. The location is incredibly convenient – just a 10-15 minute walk from Main Place. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and souvenir shops, and the street views are very charming. The hotel service is also excellent."

"The room itself was quite small; it was hard to move around once we opened two 20-inch suitcases. So, it's best suited for those traveling light or not planning much shopping. If you have a lot of luggage or plan to shop extensively, there might not be enough space in the room. On a side note, I specifically uploaded some videos of the hotel's surroundings, and you can see there are two convenience stores nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the light rail station, though."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel. It's a short walk from Gusuku-mae Station, which makes getting to the airport very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, with enough space to open two 26-inch suitcases – absolutely perfect! Plus, it was full of thoughtful design details. There's a convenience store right downstairs and Main Place across the street, so shopping and dining are incredibly easy. The staff were very friendly, and there's free coffee on the second floor. The breakfast was also exquisite. Overall, a very satisfying stay."

"✅ The hotel is right at the entrance of Makishi Station, making its location absolutely superb. It's a 1-minute walk via an overhead bridge, so you barely even need to be in the sun – super convenient! ✅ Downstairs, there are two convenience stores and a large supermarket. All sorts of dining options are available nearby, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. One evening, we went to explore the big supermarket and found many discounted items. We bought sushi, rice balls, salad, yogurt, milk, and drinks – all very affordable. ✅ The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although the bathroom wasn't a three-piece separation, it didn't feel cramped, and all the toiletries were provided. ✅ From 1 PM to 9 PM daily, the lobby offers complimentary iced drinks, including coffee, tea, and juice. It was so refreshing to come back after a day out in the summer heat and grab a drink. ✅ Breakfast was plentiful. We specifically woke up early one day to enjoy it, and they even had takeaway service afterwards!"

"The only potential downside was that the bed felt a bit small. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the power outlets in Okinawa are the same as back home, so there was no need for a travel adapter. All the hotel staff spoke English, so communication was never an issue. Breakfast was also great. The location is superb, with the bus terminal directly downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. It's only five stops from the airport, and Kokusai Street (International Street) is also very close by. Overall, it's a fantastic place. My only minor complaint is that the price felt a bit high compared to what I'd expect to pay in my home country. You access the hotel from the second floor, with the check-in lobby located on the 14th floor. From there, you take an elevator down to your respective room floor. The second floor also connects directly to the monorail station. The Okinawa Library is just opposite the hotel. Having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart convenience store right downstairs was extremely convenient."
