"The hotel's location is pretty good. While it's not in the very center of Kokusai Street, it's quite convenient for the subway station. You can walk to the Prefectural Office and even DFS. There's also a seafood market right next door, which is great for dining. The lobby environment and room size are both decent. However, having to pick up toiletries downstairs yourself makes it feel a bit too much like a budget hotel (even though it carries the JR name...)"

"Stayed for a short 2 nights as I've a morning home flight. Room is CLEAN! Majority of hotels around Japan comes with a decent tub for you to soak in... I'm happy Tissage's 🛁 is spacious & deep. I took my warm soak after a long tiring walk each nights . The window view overseeing the harbour/port is calming however it rained on all my 7 days in Okinawa.. Fortunately on my final night the ☀️ showed up gracefully. Love the initiative that the hotel lobby has a display of few pamphlets of attractions.. Umikagi Terrace Senagajima one really caught my eye. Glad i went! I might only consider its tricky location though, as there's construction works going on during my visit in May . A 11-15mins walk frm hotel gets u to arrive into Asahibashi station. I took /booked a DiDi ride the morning which i had to leave for an international fligh home, a decent fare of ¥ 1950 to Naha airport. All staffs speaks great English! :D Bed is comfy, using Simmons mattress! 👍🏻 ✨ Okinawa works well if you rent a car... public transport is tricky as buses operates on schedule and often the buses were slightly delayed behind time due to traffic congestion. I'd recommend it anyway. 😁 Arigatogozhaimasu Tissage Hotel & staffs."

"My stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel was a wonderful experience and one of the highlights of my trip to Okinawa. The hotel is conveniently located near Kokusai Street, making it easy to explore local restaurants, souvenir shops, and popular attractions. The monorail station is also within walking distance, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Although the space was not very large, it was well organized and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff members were friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever I had questions. One of the best parts of the hotel was the complimentary services. Guests could enjoy free drinks, ice cream, and late-night ramen, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The public bath was also excellent and helped me relax after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious Okinawan dishes and fresh ingredients. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Okinawa Hinode Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa."

"The hotel lobby is quite beautiful, and the rooftop pool is a huge plus, especially at night. The hotel itself feels a bit like a budget hotel, with small but very clean rooms. I stayed for three days, and housekeeping wasn't included, but I'd leave trash and dirty towels by the door each day, and fresh ones would appear there at night. FYI, if you run out of toothpaste, you can ask for more at the front desk. There are also laundry rooms on every other floor. The price is very reasonable too, though it's a bit far from Kokusai Dori, so you'll need to take a taxi or the subway. It's about a 5-minute walk to the nearest subway station. This place seems quite popular, with most guests being from Taiwan and Hong Kong."

"The location and the fact that the hotel was new and clean were definitely the standout points. One area that could be improved is the parking process. I had to repeatedly keep and present the same parking slip multiple times just to park and retrieve the car. It felt unnecessarily cumbersome - ideally, there should only be a single verification at the car park lift, rather than additional checks at the driveway or again at reception during check-out. In terms of amenities, the hotel is good overall, but it could be even better with the addition of a coin-operated laundry area. I may have been slightly spoiled by the hotel I stayed at earlier in Chatan, where each room came with its own washing machine and even included two packets of laundry detergent."

"The room size was decent, and after pushing the beds together, there was enough space to open a 32-inch and a 20-inch suitcase. The lobby had a good selection of toiletries, maintaining the usual Daiwa quality. The hotel's location is excellent; after exiting Makishi Station on the Yui Rail and turning right, you can follow the elevated walkway directly to the hotel's sign – it’s very convenient and easy to find. There's a local supermarket downstairs that we visited daily, and it's also very close to Kokusai Street, just a ten-minute walk. For a family of three, the price was reasonable, making it a highly recommended choice."

"This is a great hotel located near Asahibashi Station. If you're staying for multiple nights, they provide housekeeping service starting from the second day. The room's soundproofing is excellent, so it's not noisy at all. It comes with a bathtub, which is wonderful for a relaxing soak after a long day of walking. Since I was staying alone in a double room, I felt the space was quite adequate."

"I spent very good time here. Compared to its price, this hotel gives you soo much satisfaction. I was really satisfied. Compared to other hotels in Japan, the room was very wide and so clean. You can use bathtub and relax, too. I liked that I can see all Naha city view from this hotel. Also I enjoyed the time in Infinity pool on the 3rd floor. Even though I had no chance to look around 15th floor panoramic view.(I forgot to go up 😅) please go up to 15th floor and check the panoramic view. Even though the weather was very bad (whole day it rained 🥲 )during my visiting Okinawa, staying this hotel made me feel good. Thank you."

"When I was booking a hotel in Okinawa, I did some research, and most recommendations pointed to Tokyu REI, mainly because of its great location. But this hotel is even closer to Tsubogawa Station and has bigger rooms. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven just 200m away with a wide selection of items. As for the room amenities, all the toiletries are Refa, and so is the hairdryer. My hair felt incredibly smooth after using them... I absolutely loved it and I'm totally sold! I'm planning to get a set to take back home, but I'm not sure where to buy them in Okinawa. If any of you know, please let me know! [blushing emoji] The room also comes with a washing machine and dryer, which was fantastic! The humidity on this island is so high, so it was great to be able to wash and dry clothes the same day. They even provide laundry detergent – it's a spray-type concentrated detergent and smells really good! A microwave and fridge are also essential in the room. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so we bought rice balls and sandwiches from 7-Eleven and heated them up in the room's microwave. Although the hotel doesn't provide bottled water, there's a water dispenser on the 5th floor with hot, warm, and cold water, which is incredibly convenient when traveling with kids! There's also a coffee machine nearby [selfie emoji]"

"The hotel's strongest asset is its location relative to Asato Station (Yui Rail). It is approximately a 30-second walk from the station exit to the hotel lobby.
