It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk from Keisei Narita Station to the hotel, and there’s an elevator available, so you won’t need to drag your luggage up stairs. If your schedule fits, the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport, which saves lots of travel time. They also provide thoughtful extras like facial masks and hot water. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo!

The hotel's location is very convenient for getting around, and the room is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. The soundproofing is good, so I slept soundly. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

We stayed here for one night specifically to visit the Shisui Premium Outlets. Although there's nothing much around except for a convenience store, the place is spacious and offers great value for money. The service is mostly self-service, which was actually quite convenient. Coffee and hot tea are available 24/7. The convenience store has a huge variety of items and is also open 24 hours. For breakfast, you can choose between the buffet in the main building or the lighter meal options in the new annex. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes, no reservation needed, and it's free – super convenient! 👍👍👍 It's a great hotel for a layover before departure or after arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it very suitable for travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of choices and great quality. However, there were only a few power outlets available in the room, which was a little inconvenient. In addition, complimentary drinking water was not provided in the room. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and I would consider staying here again.

Stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it was incredibly convenient — very close to my terminal. The place was clean, the capsules were really nice and private, and there was plenty of storage space for luggage. The showers were great too, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. My stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals. This is a self service guesthouse but they give a very clear guideline for you to check in smoothly. The toilet and bathroom is not attached with the room but still I feel comfortable to use it as it is very clean. Also, I feel safe even my luggage was stored in the first floor. They have cctv installed in the store room. Two things need to take note 1- Always check your email as they will send you a form to fill up only you will receive your room password. 2- Use JR line to reach Narita Station instead of Keisei Line because from Keisei Narita station to guesthouse is way further and the road is super narrow.

i stayed here for a night before my flight in the next morning. ive had a splendid time here, although theres nth to do around the area. the property is very clean and provide lots of spaces for lugguage. i would deffo cbe coming back.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the two train stations in Narita. The price is quite economical with breakfast provided. Facilities are adequate. The room I stayed has a nice view.
