"I booked two nights here. It was difficult to find a room during the concert period. On my second night, there was a loud pipe noise that lasted for about half an hour before stopping. Other than that, everything was fine. The morning shuttle was very punctual, and they even provided complimentary drink vouchers. You can book the shuttle through the link in your order, which was very convenient overall!"

"My stay at Paradise City was pretty average overall. The hotel positions itself as high-end, but personally, I didn't find the value for money particularly outstanding. It was surprising to find that some disposable toiletries incurred an extra charge, which is something I've never encountered in a hotel of this supposed caliber. The hotel's decor leans towards a European style, which is quite common among hotels of similar standing in China, and it wasn't as luxurious as I had imagined. However, the art pieces displayed throughout the hotel were quite unique and worth a look. The affiliated CIMER spa experience was just okay. It's open until 9 PM, but they start clearing out around 8:30 PM, which felt a bit rushed and wasn't particularly impressive. As an airport hotel, it's fairly convenient for a short overnight stopover to rest. However, the shuttle bus only runs once an hour, and the first bus isn't until 10 AM, making it largely useless for early morning flights. We ended up having the hotel arrange a taxi to the airport, which cost about 13,500 Korean Won, a price I found acceptable. In summary, it's a decent option if you just need to transition for one night near the airport. But if you're expecting a full-fledged resort experience with high expectations, you might be a little disappointed."

"The hotel is about an 8min walk from Unseo Station (according to Naver Maps) but I took a bus from Incheon T1 (223, gate 6) which took about 20min and put me about a 3min walk away. Fuss free check in, and they have a free shuttle bus service to the airport which you reserve in advance. There's also complimentary breakfast of bread, rice, soup, cereal and ramen. My room was clean, comfortable and came with a mini-fridge, kettle and even a steam closet and a dry sauna. Shampoo and soap were provided, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and other consumables were available to purchase from the vending machine. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores right outside the door. Good for staying a night or two."

(Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays) - Boat ride at Central Park - Deers at Central Park - Incheon City History Museum - Tribowl Exhibition Center - National World Script Museum"

"This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again"

"The location was excellent and very convenient. I especially appreciated having a convenience store inside the hotel which made everything so easy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with every request. The airport shuttle was another major plus and made travel seamless. I also ordered the American breakfast through room service, and it was quite good. The only concern I noticed was that the bedsheets and towels had a strong cologne scent, which was a bit overwhelming."

"I was truly satisfied with this stay. It had all the qualities I expected from a good accommodation. The best part was its location, which was very close to the ocean. The view from the room was truly breathtaking, and I felt healed throughout my stay. The view of the refreshing ocean stretching out through the window was particularly impressive. I was also very satisfied with the facilities. The overall cleanliness and maintenance made for a pleasant stay, and it was evident that even the smallest details were meticulously maintained. Furthermore, the staff were extremely friendly. They responded promptly and always greeted me with a smile, making for a pleasant experience in terms of service. Finally, the surrounding infrastructure was excellent. There were many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel, making it easy to get what I needed, and thanks to this, I was able to take care of everything within walking distance. It was a perfect stay in every way: location, cleanliness, service, and infrastructure. I would **100%** return. I would definitely come back again."

"Staying for one night during a layover in Korea. The hotel is super convenient to get to from the airport by subway; it's right across the street from the subway exit. The main entrance is actually around the back of the building. There's a CU convenience store directly opposite the front entrance, which was great for snacks. Downstairs, there are two Olive Young stores if you're looking for popular Korean cosmetics. The room's cleanliness, however, could use some improvement."

"Pretty good. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and they provide disposable hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, bath towels, and hand towels. However, there are no disposable slippers. They do provide two bottles of water. It's quite clean, and the self check-in is very convenient. You can also book a taxi."

"This hotel truly illuminated my trip to Incheon! From its prime location and comfortable facilities to its thoughtful service, everything was impeccable – a real gem in the Songdo area. The location is an absolute plus. It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Incheon National University Station on Subway Line 1, and only two subway stops from Lotte Outlets, making daily travel convenient and efficient. Even better, the airport limousine bus drops you off nearby, so even with luggage straight from the plane, checking in is a breeze, which is especially friendly for tourists. Right across from the hotel is Lotte Mart, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so you don't need to go far for late-night snacks or daily necessities. The surrounding commercial center also boasts numerous restaurants, so dining and shopping are right at your doorstep. The room's comfort and practicality far exceeded expectations. The space is bright and spacious, with rooms starting from 320 square feet, complemented by excellent soundproofing that completely blocks out external noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a separate wet and dry area and a full set of toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows in some rooms are a highlight, offering stunning views of Central Park and Songdo's beautiful scenery – lush green during the day and sparkling with lights at night, a truly spectacular visual experience. The free Wi-Fi signal is stable, perfect for both work and sharing travel experiences. The service and amenities are also truly impressive. The 24-hour front desk staff are friendly and professional, quickly responding to requests like luggage storage or route inquiries, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The self-service breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing Korean and Western options to suit different dietary preferences, helping you start your day energized. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pools are a distinctive feature, allowing you to relax with a swim anytime during your trip. Other facilities like the gym, sauna, and free parking are also comprehensive, catering to both business travelers and family vacations. The minor drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately. Some guests also mentioned that the breakfast options remained the same for several consecutive days. However, these small imperfections are overshadowed by the hotel's convenient location, comfortable environment, and thoughtful service. I will definitely prioritize staying here on my next visit to Incheon!"
