"Breakfast & evening cocktail was included. Both was nice. We felt the cocktails can be improved, we can't taste any alcohol in it. Breakfast (chicken curry & chicken rendang) was very delicious. The place was eco friendly. Cleanliness can improve a bit as there we dirty at the shower cap, toilet has 1 kind of odour. Otherwise our stay was good. The Avi spa was very good. First time trying this and was really good"

"Everything was okay, but I accidentally got the wrong room. The room was tiny, just enough space for the bed. There wasn't even room to pray, so I had to pray on the bed. It was quite disappointing. However, the hotel is close to PD Waterfront, within walking distance."

"We had a wonderful stay at Lexis Port Dickson with our family. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the water chalet experience made our short getaway feel extra special. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. It was a great place for a family gathering, and everyone had a lovely time together. The facilities were well maintained and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and created some beautiful family memories here. Would definitely consider coming back again for another family getaway. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"We stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking. However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too. Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid. We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop."

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel has good Wi-Fi, even outside when sitting at the pool. The pool is clean, safe and spacious. The rooms are neat, with fresh water and towels provided every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. There is also a laundry service just across the street. The staff were all very kind and polite. On the downside, most things close quite early, and it can be a little difficult to walk to restaurants along the road, although the restaurants themselves are good. The bed was slightly too firm for me, and the air conditioning was a bit loud, but there was also a fan on the ceiling. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff."

"Our family really enjoyed our stay, especially the two children, who absolutely loved the water park. We are also grateful for the warm welcome from the reception staff. The hotel room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding a few areas that could be improved. Dinner at the Restaurant The dinner service was quite slow, and unfortunately, we found the food and drinks disappointing. In our opinion, the quality did not meet the standard we would expect from a 4-star hotel. We are sorry to say that we felt the food and drinks were even below the standard of some local mamak restaurants. Considering the quality and our overall dining experience, we also found the prices rather expensive. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite far from town. As the restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, we decided to have dinner at the hotel instead of travelling elsewhere. However, the experience was quite disappointing, and we hope the hotel can improve the food quality and service in the future. Water Park Customer Service Another concern was our experience with the customer service staff at the water park. We had a total of six guests staying in the room, and five of us went to the pool. When we requested five towels, the staff refused and informed us that each room was only entitled to four towels, rather than providing towels based on the number of guests. We were quite surprised by this arrangement. We were not requesting extra towels unnecessarily; we simply hoped to have one towel per person so that everyone could dry themselves properly after swimming. It would be helpful if the hotel could reconsider this policy, as guests should not be expected to return to their rooms soaking wet. Unfortunately, the staff member's attitude also made the situation less pleasant, as she appeared impatient and unhelpful when we asked for clarification about the policy. Apart from this particular experience, the other hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay, and we hope the hotel will take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the dining experience and customer service in the future."

"The room was wonderful. Comfortable for a solo traveller. Everyday there was room service. I did see some minor issues like some dusts here and there but it was only a small matter. I got a room that was opposite of KFC and this place was happening as there were a lot of food during the fasting month (bazaar). KFC, watson, Family mart, Kopi saigon, guardian, etc was nearby within walking distances. Can order through foodpanda or grabfood. Had free breakfast and it was simple and nice. Enough for me. I stayed here as I had a course at ELTC. If I come to ELTC I will definitely stay here.. It was comfortable for the 4 nights I stayed here except the last night, my sleep got almost disturbed by the fireworks."

"I'm not sure why my early check-in request was denied, but at the same time, many people were able to check in after 1:30 PM. Oh well, I'll just follow the rules. The room was clean and the toilet was fine. I requested a baby cot, but I didn't dare put my child in it. Please replace that baby cot; it was covered in a rubber mat and the edges were rotten. Please buy a new baby cot. It really doesn't fit with such a luxurious and beautiful resort. I forgot to take a picture. Overall, it was okay; the reception was friendly and kind. Breakfast was just normal; couldn't expect more because there were so many guests."

"At first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used."
