"I was upgraded to the top-tier jacuzzi room with a garage because the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the room condition was a bit poor. In particular, the bathroom floor was slightly sunken, causing drainage issues, and there was a broken manual bidet holder and a leaky shower hose. It seems like the facility maintenance needs improvement. Still, considering the price, I'd give it an 8. However, I wouldn't recommend the food as the tableware hygiene was poor and the taste wasn't great. Also, I requested to have the water on the bathroom floor cleaned up, but no one ever came."

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained."

"Staffs are greet able and approachable. But 1st room we had don't have hot or warm water in the shower, they said they are going to fix it. But maybe 20mins later we call again but they said we need to transfer to another room for the warm water and it's OK. But more smaller room. Afterwards before we checked out they charged us 10pesos for warm water haha I thoughts thats included for every room."

"We enjoyed our stay! Some improvements should be made, i feel like it's too crowded in weekends I suggest for them to build a different pool for condo owners and hotel renters as i assume both goes to the same pool. Also, I hope it should be well maintained, some of the rooms/ areas are not clean enough, dust and paints are chipped, grass are too high and should install more lights too! It makes us scared to roam around cause there might be snakes or also cant see the beauty of it at night. But overall perfect of you want a peaceful and laid back stay in tagayta"

For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. "If you're looking to a place just to sleep, this would be it but if you're looking for some hotel to enjoy it's amenities. This is not the place for it. Best: The staff are very nice especially the front desk. Minor Comments: We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away. The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black. I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better. Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included. Overall, it was a good experience. I"

"The resort is relaxing and staffs are accomodating ☺ Tahimik at walang hassle ang resort mismo kaya makakapante din ang isip mo mag relax. Nkaka feel at home pa. We went here last Dec. 24 to 25, 2025 to celebrate christmas with my small family at nagustuhan nila ung kiddie pool since taoat lang din ng Nipa cottage namin 😍 Hindi ka ma sstress mag habol at magbantay kasi tapat mismo 😊 Complete amenities din kaya mas maganda siya para sa akin. Will definitely go back here for our next occasions 😍😍"

"Overall the rooms is fine, although very basic and noisy if facing the busy avenue a few meters away from the windows. The bathroom turns into a permanent pool after the first shower, no curtain or divider between the shower and the bathroom, the water hardly drains as the floor is sloping towards the walls and door rather than toward the drain. Lighting in the bathroom is very poor, one can't see him/herself in the mirror, it makes shaving or putting makeup on, a real challenge. And there are no other mirrors in the room. Streaming services are available but not free, you need an account, as it is pay per view. No cable TV No shelves or closet, only 2 hangers on hooks on the wall."
