"I stayed at Toyoko Inn Cebu for a few nights, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. The free breakfast and airport shuttle service were convenient, and direct access from the hotel to SM J Mall made shopping and dining very easy. The security was also excellent, allowing me to feel safe throughout my stay. The only significant drawback was the Wi-Fi. The speed was extremely slow, and the connection was unstable, which was particularly frustrating in the room. I imagine this would be inconvenient for anyone needing to work, attend online meetings, or upload photos and videos. It seems other guests have made similar complaints, so I hope they improve this. Overall, I think Toyoko Inn Cebu offers great value for money. If the Wi-Fi improves, I would definitely consider staying here again."

"I stayed at bai Hotel Cebu in Mandaue, Cebu. It's a wonderful hotel with an excellent balance of location, facilities, and service, ensuring a very comfortable stay. **Staff & Service** The staff were always smiling, very kind, and full of hospitality, making my stay very pleasant. The service at the Executive Lounge and restaurants was also polite and reassuring. **Room & View** The room was clean with a calm, modern interior. The bed was comfortable, and the large window offered beautiful views of Cebu city and the evening sunset. **Rooftop Pool & Bar** The infinity pool and bar on the top floor offered breathtaking night views, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the night breeze. **Dining & Executive Lounge** The breakfast buffet and lounge food offered a wide variety and high quality. From local traditional sweets (like Puso, mangoes, and chocolate sauce) to Western dishes like pasta, everything was delicious and enjoyable. **Location & Surroundings** Parkmall is right in front of the hotel, so shopping, dining, and currency exchange were never an issue. Access to the airport and the city center is also excellent. This hotel is highly recommended as a base for exploring Cebu, whether for business or leisure. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Cebu next time!"

"I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Cebu North Bus Terminal, which makes it very convenient for early departures. The location itself feels a bit remote, with only a few bakeries and pharmacies nearby. However, within about a 10-minute walk there are several food options available, including Thai, pizza, and Filipino restaurants. Check-in was quick and friendly. A deposit of 1,000 PHP is required. The hotel layout is a bit unusual: all rooms are located in a basement-style setup with a “suite” character, split into left (A) and right (B) sections, with parking in between. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but on the harder side. Still, I slept well. The air conditioning worked perfectly and requires the room key to operate. The bathroom is quite old and no longer very appealing, but it was clean. Water pressure was good and hot water was available. I didn’t use any additional amenities. There is a grill restaurant connected to the hotel, and breakfast may also be available. Overall, it was a good and reasonably priced stay for a short stop near the bus terminal. I would stay here again."

"The hotel has great location. It is very accessible to azmall and terminal. It is also surrounded with several establishments and restaurants. The room i stayed has no mini ref and i had to ask housekeeping to keep my medicines since it needs to be refrigerated."

"The biggest drawback was that the wet and dry separation in the bathroom wasn't great, so water sprayed out. However, the hotel staff were fantastic – friendly, polite, and they immediately helped us with any issues we had. The hotel itself is new and really good. A minor flaw doesn't detract from its overall excellence."

"I used to stay here every month in 2013 back when it was relatively new. I loved it here then. Going back here in 2026 though is a different story. The facilities are clearly outdated. No more buffet breakfast. The positive side though is that the people are wonderful, especially the ones who make it a point to send up my food deliveries to my room. They really take the extra mile to do so with courtesy and sincerity. I just wish they do better with lobby and reception area. It feels lifeless and gloomy. The room I stayed in on the seventh floor was clean though and I love the fact that they have a bidet and that they provide bottled water. My room had a ”mini kitchen” with a sink, refrigerator, and a heater. For the price I paid, it was worth it."
