"The location is still acceptable as going everywhere is beyond easy reach with Grab. Although there are traffic jam, we are still able to reach a destination on time. This hotel is too security in the sense they scan all items when you are back hotel. Everything in the room was good but there are leakage on the tap which make us irritated when using the basin."

"I chose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Cebu North Bus Terminal, which makes it very convenient for early departures. The location itself feels a bit remote, with only a few bakeries and pharmacies nearby. However, within about a 10-minute walk there are several food options available, including Thai, pizza, and Filipino restaurants. Check-in was quick and friendly. A deposit of 1,000 PHP is required. The hotel layout is a bit unusual: all rooms are located in a basement-style setup with a “suite” character, split into left (A) and right (B) sections, with parking in between. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable but on the harder side. Still, I slept well. The air conditioning worked perfectly and requires the room key to operate. The bathroom is quite old and no longer very appealing, but it was clean. Water pressure was good and hot water was available. I didn’t use any additional amenities. There is a grill restaurant connected to the hotel, and breakfast may also be available. Overall, it was a good and reasonably priced stay for a short stop near the bus terminal. I would stay here again."

"This hotel I had been interested in for a long time. Both the doorman and the reception staff were very pleasant, making the stay comfortable and welcoming. The interior design was also very much to my taste. The breakfast selection was excellent, with many protein rich dishes, and I was very satisfied. One thing I noticed was that there were no hand towels provided in the room, so we had to manage with just one bath towel, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall I would love to visit again."

"The hotel looks nice, and the staff are generally friendly and smiling, especially the doorman and the guard who were always ready to help get a cab. Its location is convenient, just about 6 minutes away from SM J Mall. However, there were a few disappointments. The photos showed amenities like slippers, but there were none during our stay. The hot shower also wasn’t hot. I originally booked 5 nights for a Superior Executive Room through Trip.com at ₱1,954 per night. Later, I decided to extend for 1 more night, but the front desk charged me over ₱2,900 for that additional night. When I asked why, mentioning that the Trip.com rate was still ₱1,954, the staff advised me to book directly with them instead of using the app, saying it would be “easier.” Unfortunately, that advice wasn’t helpful, and I ended up paying the higher rate. The price difference between ₱1,954 and ₱2,900 for the same room left me very disappointed, and I don’t see myself booking this hotel again."

"Reaching the sixth-floor lobby, you're immediately greeted by a vacation-like atmosphere. Taking the elevator with Japanese advertisements even made me momentarily feel like I was in Okinawa. Pros: 1. They offer airport transfers, which you can book via email, saving money on transportation both ways. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. You can take the elevator straight to the second floor, where there's a shopping mall for dining, massages, and nail services. 3. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and always smiling. 4. Breakfast is included. Although I didn't get to try it, I imagine it's similar to Japanese breakfast options. Cons: 1. The bath towels and bedding had many stains. They felt old and well-used, as if they hadn't been replaced in a long time. I feel the hotel really needs to update these items, as it gives a poor impression. 2. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong damp or musty smell. Even with the air conditioning on, the bed in the room didn't feel completely dry. 3. The soundproofing from outside the window was poor. I could hear traffic noise, no matter how late it was, as well as the 'symphony' of the room's air conditioning. Earplugs are definitely a must for sleeping. Overall: You get what you pay for. If you're just looking for a stopover or trying to save money before heading home the next day, then this hotel is perfectly fine. However, I still hope the hotel will consider replacing the towels and bedding."

"Stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The room was relatively big but most of the amenities were old. The basin stand suddenly collapsed and the faucet is very old, the small fridge is rusty, aircon was outdated and noisy, the shower head was dripping. There were no slippers and toothpaste/toothbrush. The only thing they provide were small soap, shampoo/conditioner and rolled bathroom tissue. The uncle housekeeper was very nice and response delightfully with our request with extra touch. Thank you. If you can bear the cons, then, this hotel is good for you. Sorry, I forgot to take photo."

"The hygiene, service, dining, and facilities were all great. Other than seeing the whale sharks and sardines in Cebu, I didn't eat out at all; I had all my meals at the hotel. The à la carte options were exquisite, and the New Year's Eve dinner buffet was also fantastic. If I had to pick a flaw, it's that compared to the bai and Holiday Inn hotels, the Marriott doesn't have a doorman. No one came forward to help with my luggage when I got out of the car. The biggest issue was the security check upon entry; I had to unload my luggage from the car and then lift it onto the X-ray machine, which was truly frustrating."

"I stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be quite average. The room was a decent size, but the air conditioning struggled to cool it adequately, which was a bit uncomfortable. The friendly staff made a positive impression, always ready to assist. However, the blackout curtain didn’t do a great job blocking out light, making it hard to sleep in. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there’s room for improvement."

"It was nice and clean. But you cannot use 3 pin charger better you take yourself becoz hotel don’t provide you. I think it is the best hotel that been in Philippines and budget friendly"
