"We did not make a reservation for wanting a chance to see the facility in person before a decision.  Our encounter with the receptionist, Miss Gloria, was quite impressive.  We felt that she was always looking out for the customers’ best interests.  She was also quite patient with us by providing some interest points to visit.  We enjoyed our stay so much to the extent that we had extended our stay."

"Arrived around 8am and room was not ready, Biljana was so kind and nice to offer us an upgrade at a special rate. Honestly, the suite was a worthy paid upgrade and we could get the room immediately! Room was super huge and cause it was at the corner, the view of the lake was beyond perfect. The winds were super strong butbthe room had heater too. Best money spent and Biljana was so friendly to even walk us to our room and explained the facilities yet answered my 101 questions that I had for her! Staff at the wellness area could be nicer though, she was rude to us and could see the difference in her treatment to the paying guest in front of her and us as a hotel guest."

"Thoroughly recommend this hotel. Would definitely consider coming back. Everything was spotless, room was beautiful - felt like I was in a cabin in the woods. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Spent one day trekking up the mountains behind the hotel and the other day by the lake. Hoped to have a car with me, but I couldn't get it in the end. There is a lovely path through fields directly to the lake, around 35 minutes walk - doesn't come up on Google maps."

"Overall the hotel is ok. Location is good, very close to the lake. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff is friendly. The room is a big small, and although we have a balcony, the view is the rooftop which is not the best. We booked a room that says” a doubled room”, but found out that it is two beds and we had to push them together if we want a “doubled bedroom”."

"It’s a standard four star hotel with a good location at lake bled if you are not traveling by car. The swimming pool has a nice view of the lake and it is worth going. However, the amenities, breakfast, and service are what you expect of a four star hotel. The lake view is a bit disappointing… partially obstructed by trees. You would expect more from this hotel given the price point."

"We stayed at this hotel for two wonderful days. Everything was amazing: the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, the breakfast, and the terrace and views from it. Our room had a balcony with a lake view where we drank our coffee and wine. At night, we were also stargazing from this same balcony, which was very romantic and magical. The staff of this hotel was very helpful and polite. And my special thanks to ANZE, who was extremely generous and considerate. To mention, we were also allowed to visit the pool area after checking out, so we could relax before getting back to the city. I'd certainly recommend this hotel for one's Lake Bled trip!"

"We stayed in the Lake View Suite. The view of the lake from the room was breathtaking. We arrived early but were able to check in and were happy to receive fruit. The room was spacious and luxurious, but it was undeniably old, and we were bothered by the smell of the closet, the difficulty of opening the drawers, and the difficulty of using the shower. The quality of the mattress on the bed was particularly poor, and my husband said it made his body ache. Breakfast was served buffet style at a restaurant facing the lake, where you could choose your main course. The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. If we have the chance to come again someday, we would like to stay for a few nights and enjoy the pool."

"There's a refrigerator, and it keeps things cold without any problems. There are plenty of hangers, which is helpful. Breakfast is nice because it includes fruit. I came for Easter, and I could feel the festive atmosphere with things like * and chocolate. A slight concern is that the room is dry even without using the air conditioner. The bathroom exhaust fan is automatic, so it makes a slight noise constantly."

這套公寓外面環境非常非常好，裏面也很乾凈。 衹不過有一點需要注意，酒店加上地下，一共五六層，但是沒有電梯。 此次我們的房間是半地下，因此沒有過多台階需要下。如果房間被安排在比如二層或者更高的房間，拿着行李爬樓梯會是一個比較有難度的事情。 還有就是，沒有早餐，但是完全可以解決這個問題。布萊德湖有一個網站是專門送早飯的，每天從八點開始，可以把早飯送到住宿的地方，有一個網址，但是一定要提前24小時。我們是住到房間，才發現房間桌子上寫着布萊德湖當地早餐預訂才發現還有這個選擇，但是無奈我們沒有提前24小時，沒訂上。有點遺憾。下次可以管房東直接要那個網站，提前預訂。 房間非常好，兩室一廳，兩個大床房。這點和描述有點出入。描述是，一間大床房，一間雙床房，實際也是兩間大床房。房間乾淨，舒適。 非常好。

A beautiful place to stay right in the heart of Bled, just a short 3 minute walk to the Lake . Our room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful Alpine feel to it. A great shower, huge bed and lots of wardrobe space. Teas, coffees, biscuits and some drinks in the mini fridge was a really nice touch.  Breakfast was exquisite - small and fantastic quality, we had a savoury AND sweet breakfast every morning - even pouring ourselves a Mimosa. Cannot recommend enough!

It was a great inn! It's far from the main city, so there aren't many choices such as supermarkets and restaurants, but it was quiet and nice. You can go to the supermarket by bicycle that you can rent for free or go around the lake. The number of bicycles is enough, but if I was small, I could not get my feet, and I was 155 cm, and I was barely able to get one leg. We stayed in a single room with a balcony. You can't see the view when you lie down on the bed, but you can see a great view from the balcony. It's not very soundproof, probably because it's an old building, but I think there were many calmers. The view of the lake looked more beautiful than the main side. It was great to have a sauna and pool for free. The lounge space in the basement was a perfect view and I was able to relax here before check-in. Breakfast was not a buffet but an order and was very delicious.

It looks like an eco-friendly building made of wood. The staff is very friendly. The condition of the accommodation is really good, including the bathroom. The bed is SoSo, Overall, it was a good place to stay. When you mark the location on Google Maps and go, zoom in accurately and check the location with the navigation~

The hotel is very close to Lake Bled, about a five-minute walk to the lake. On the night of arrival, I wanted to find a restaurant outside the hotel for dinner, but I looked around and couldn't find a suitable one. I went back to the hotel for dinner and found that the dining environment in the hotel was good, there were not many people, the food tasted good, and the price was not expensive. The variety of breakfast food is much richer than that of Austrian hotels. The parking lot is not big, the outdoor parking spaces were full when we arrived, and we parked in the hotel garage. The room is clean and bright. You can see the church and castle next to it from the balcony, and the stars are shining brightly at night.

not bad! cheap price! The tax of nearly 3 euros per night is too expensive! In the kitchen to the eggs, the ingredients can be used, the boss provides WhatsApp and Viber service, can only stay at 10 in the morning, the front desk is a young lady, the English accent is very good!
