"Excellent premium hotel. Excellent all-inclusive system. Top-notch food. Comfortable spacious rooms. I had a wonderful view of the sea. Very friendly and professional staff. Top-notch service. Personal assistant system. Clean. Well-kept large territory. Many restaurants and swimming pools. All food and drinks included. Not far from the hotel there is an amusement park and the streets of all the shops of The Land of Legends. There are many children in the hotel. It can be noisy during the day and on the beach. There are 16+ zones, but there are not enough of them, especially on the beach. In the evenings and at night until 00:00, 01:00 it can be noisy because of discos and concerts on the territory of the hotel, which for some reason do not stop at 23:00 as usual. The hotel is still more focused on families with children."

"I have been going for 5 years but this year I was not satisfied. The hotel is very good, the service, the staff, the lifeguards, the cleanliness are all top notch but the quality of the staff has decreased. Some people enter the pool after 7 o'clock and some people wear tops. I can't even tell you what I saw in the pool at 3 am. I have been going to this hotel for 5 years and I will not think about it again. People yelling at 3 am and drunk people. The quality has unfortunately decreased. It doesn't suit the hotel. They weren't accepting guests without women, they are now accepting anyone they can. The DJ keeps playing the same songs over and over again but I still say the staff and service are all top notch."

"We stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway.
The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious.
We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses.
The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics.
We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it."

"Заселили в первый блок около дороги, поэтому шумно. Вай фай в номере, приятно, посмотрела сериал, в 460. Завтрак понравился, бассейн есть, в 10 минутах от «Земли легенд», рядом а101 продуктовый. До пляжа добирались на такси, хороший песчаный пляж и парковая Зона с детской площадкой. На одну ночь было отлично за небольшую плату. Но для более долгого пребывания предпочли бы не слышать шум дороги."

"I wanted to express my gratitude for the fantastic experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. As a solo business traveler, everything was perfect for my conference. The room was cozy and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. I also enjoyed the balcony with a stunning sea view. The desk in my room allowed me to work efficiently while traveling. "Третий раз в отеле. Многое нравится.
Большие номера, на пляже и у бассейнов нет проблем с местами в какое бы время не пришли.
В ресторане так де всегда есть столы и в помещении и на улице. Зеленая красивая территория. Правильное зонирование- нигде нет толп. Прекрасное кафе-кондитерская.
Из минусов: плохая уборка и стало плохо с питанием. Не сравнить с предыдущими годами. И ассортимент существенно сокращен и стали многое готовить невкусно. То недопекут, то пережарят или пересушат.
Голодным точно не будешь, но как-то не душевно."

"I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again."

GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

UuguritoThe food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality. The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean.

Номера - да, требуют обновления ( особенно ванная комната+ маловато света в комнате и ванной, недостаточно розеток), но всё не совсем критично, если для вас это не главное. В комнете, тем не менее, чисто, тихо ( жили в корпусе Zeus), убирали каждый бень, минибар пополнялся. Еда не скажу, что очень уж разнообразная, но и не скудная, блюда по вкусу найти всегда можно и голодными уж точно не останетесь. Тем более, что в отеле много точек питания в течение всего дня. Алкогольные напитки среднего качества: пробовали красное, белое, розовое вино, мартини, пиво - нормально, а вот шампанское не понравилось. Персонал очень понравился - все вежливые, приветливые, очень много трудятся, всё чётко организовано, так что менеджменту отеля - 5 баллов. Территория отеля очень зелёная, красивая, цветущая, за ней постоянно ухаживают. Всё грамотно распланировано -молодцы. Анимация активная ( и днём, и вечером), молодёжи скучно не будет. Много всего для детей ( отдельная зона бассейна, водные горки, мини клуб, небольшая детская площадка). Море - главное, за чем мы ехали и что в этом отеле великолепно, особенно в первой половине дня, когда нет волн. А вот организация лежаков на пляже не понравилась - стоят очень плотно друг к другу, никакой приватности, приходилось занимать возле бассейна, там гораздо больше возможности для уединения, хотя часто слишком громко гремела музыка. В итоге отдых понравился, считаю, что цена/ качество очень хорошие. Отель советую, если с самого начала иметь адекватные ожидания.

杭杭州东皇太一Hotel service is good, take the children to add an extra bed for free. It is free as long as you eat and drink. There is an a la carte restaurant that is open 24 hours and can be eaten at any time. Anyway, for a few days, I couldn't move. The hotel is not far from the Legendary Kingdom Playground, except that there is no Chinese food, this hotel has no disadvantages.

GGuest UserI came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me.
The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H.
The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.
