"We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The food quality was also very good with a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. However, there were a couple of points that I believe the hotel management should pay attention to. Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement.” As guests, this was quite concerning and stressful since it happened very close to our check-in date. Fortunately, the issue was eventually resolved and we were able to keep the reservation, but situations like this can affect guests’ confidence when planning their stay. During our stay, we noticed that the service in the buffet restaurant could have been more attentive. On one evening, the waiters passed by our table several times without offering drinks or asking if we needed anything. At one point I asked for a fork, but unfortunately it never arrived before the restaurant was closing. The staff did not appear very attentive or welcoming in this area. On a more positive note, the service at Piazzetta Italiana was very good — professional, attentive, and a clear highlight of our dining experience. There was also a small incident in the lobby area that felt disappointing. While a staff member was refilling welcome snacks and drinks (presumably for arriving guests), I approached to take a juice and was told quite abruptly “not for you.” While I understand there may be rules, the way it was communicated felt impolite and not in line with the level of hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard. Aside from these points, the hotel itself was excellent and offered a very beautiful environment for a holiday. With more consistency in service and guest interaction, the overall experience could easily match the high standard that the resort represents."

"I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again."

"Wonderful, attentive staff, amazing and copious food, brilliant organization and beautiful landscaping of the grounds. Rooms clean and comfortable, communal areas including bars and pool welcoming and stylish. Lovely gym, sauna and spa. Daytime animation way too loud for me but maybe I'm in the minority. More non smoking areas needed. Final point- I was surprised to discover that the vast majority of the 2000 guests were Russian. I love meeting people from different cultures and nationalities but being around 1200+ Russians was not always easy."

"We spent a long time deliberating and choosing a hotel in Turkey, watching video reviews on YouTube and Instagram. We finally settled on The X Belek. Our priorities were an all-inclusive, 5-star hotel within our budget. This place is magnificent, with clean rooms and a freshly renovated hotel. The rooms themselves are excellent, fresh, and modern. In terms of food and drinks, the hotel offers 2-3 daytime bars and one 24-hour bar in the lobby. The food is delicious, with several options including both traditional and European cuisine. If this is your first time visiting Turkey and you're looking for an all-inclusive hotel, this option is one of the best for value for money. Even for the price, the service, food, alcohol, entertainment, and private beach feel like a gift ❤️. I definitely recommend it! The hotel is more family-oriented than a party spot. It provides a separate, large area with its own cafe-bar, Starbucks, and pool for guests without children. (It's quiet, peaceful, and the 'red pool' is located specifically in the 16+ zone)."

"Facilities: The hotel's most attractive features are the water park and theme park, enough to keep kids entertained for a week. Even during the Easter holiday, there were hardly any queues for any of the attractions, making for a fantastic experience. Some of the video game equipment was broken and needed repair or replacement. However, the rooms were exceptionally well-maintained; the carpets and sofas were spotless, unlike many hotels that have been open for years. The cleanliness was outstanding, giving both children and adults peace of mind. Cleanliness: The most commendable aspect was the impeccable cleaning of the rooms, carpets, and sofas. The bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of good quality. Environment: The hotel offers shopping, leisure, and entertainment options, truly providing a one-stop service for travelers. Service: The service was standard; nothing particularly outstanding or bad."

"Overall, the hotel is decent for its price, but there are some caveats. In April, it seems it's still off-season, as the à la carte restaurants aren't open. The food in the main restaurant quickly gets repetitive, and you really start craving more variety. Standard rooms don't come with bathrobes, only slippers. I was also quite surprised that there's no kettle or a basic tea/coffee set in the room. On the other hand, the mini-bar is regularly restocked with cold drinks. Generally, the room is clean, but the wall lights (sconces) look like they're never cleaned, with a thick layer of dust on them, even though the tables are regularly wiped. There's also an interesting system with the key cards here: one card is for the room entry, and a separate card activates the electricity. In many other hotels, one card serves both purposes. I wasn't told about this, and once I accidentally took the electricity card with me and couldn't get back into my room because the actual key card was left inside. The hotel is okay, and most rooms offer a sea view. The standard rooms are definitely very small, but overall, it's manageable."
