"Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional."

"The hotel's design is very stylish and the facilities are excellent, but there's always a long queue at the front desk. The room was clean and tidied up daily. The only letdown was a cockroach suddenly appearing in the bathroom... The hotel really needs to do a thorough pest control."

"Right inside Georgia Tech, the hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable, and beautiful. The restaurant has limited hours but the food is great. The shower water was a bit hot, but the room was very spacious, and the staff were professional and friendly."

"I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot."

"Convenient location for access to downtown and to travel outside city limits but facilities are quite old without proper repairing. Staff was kind but still somewhat behind comparing with other Hilton sites. Valet system is not well being operated."

"The hotel environment is quite good and it is very close to the airport. It should be noted that there are two Marriott hotels near the airport, and the one at home is a little far away, so don't go the wrong way. The shuttle bus operates 24 hours a day, and it runs every 15 minutes in the morning. Because we were going to take a flight to Florida before checking in, we left our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient. Food: The restaurant on the right side of the hotel entrance has very bad dinner, and the service staff is not considerate. They will ignore you even if you wave at them, and will be busy with their own things first, without even a glance."

"About 20 minutes from the airport navigation, next to an artificial lake, there will be planes flying overhead when sitting outside, but it does not affect sleep at night. "Booked a night here only for the beignet, and it’s been removed from the menu. I also had people in the next room blasting music at 3:30am. I called security to report it, they never came had to get up and go down stairs and ask again and finally security came up to quite the guest."
