"This hotel is a good choice for a layover at EWR airport, offering a complimentary shuttle service. Although the hotel is practically across the street from the airport's internal parking lot, the shuttle bus has to take a roundabout route, making the trip around 10-15 minutes. In the morning, there are a lot of people heading to the airport, including many flight attendants. I was initially worried about not being able to get on the shuttle due to the crowd, but to my surprise, two mid-sized buses arrived simultaneously and managed to take everyone."

"In order to live opposite the outlets, I chose here. The room price is very high. It belongs to an apartment hotel. It has full kitchen equipment and can cook rice. Will choose here next time"

"Got stuck in Newark overnight, as were many people that night, and I booked this room pretty late when there weren’t many options left. I was lucky to get it. It’s wasn’t far from the airport. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. The lady at the desk when I checked out was quite friendly. It’s a bit noisy because it’s on the main road."

"Not the best for a Hilton , but the location is everything. The shuttle to the Newark airport was on time. The rooms are outdated but its good if you have an early flight. ✈️"

"Facility & location: Ok, good Clean: Pretty good Service: The manager that day on duty(Oct 24 2025) checked me a room which other servant could not recognize even find the record in their computer which lead the room key failed soon later and the house keeping tried to open my door in another morning without any knocking because they were told the room was not booked yet. Don’t understand why she could be a manager on duty and she is supposed to be trained well to deserve a position from Hilton and its brands."

"Overall good hotel , bed is very comfortable so can sleep well beside room is very clean. The girl at receptionist is not friendly, no sense working ay hospitality but the men wearing glasses is very friendly. Housekeepers is also friendly & helpfull although speaking little English Good location just short walk to Mills Jersey Garden Mall👍👍"

"Staying here again, it's very convenient to take the shuttle to P4. It rained both days after I checked in. I could hide in my room or go to the lobby to get some fresh air, but I couldn't walk across the road to Jersey Garden for shopping and eating. I ordered Uber Eat, which was a bit expensive, but they would call me at the front desk when I arrived. There are still too many crew members. I remember that we didn’t have breakfast before, but now we have it. It’s the heated kind. Fortunately, I have an American stomach, so I think it’s pretty good. Personally, I feel that the EWR entry and exit experience is better than that of JFK."

"I wouldn’t say this place is exactly family friendly. It looked a little scary, but in the end, we just needed a place to stay that was on the cheaper side. It’s definitely not worth the price. Check in was easy. There’s free parking for guests (if you can find parking), but the rooms were basic. I booked a king size bedroom, but we got 2 double beds. It could be because we arrived late and they gave our room away. The place was pretty full. It is really convenient if you are travelling from Newark Liberty Hotel because it’a only 5 minutes away. You can take the metro into the city or drive (the drive is about 40 mins into New York City). They are also pet friendly. Room service doesn’t seem to be available while the stay. I guess if you are staying long term you can ask for towel replacement and whatever else. There wasn’t a hot tub like the pictures showed, but the bathroom does have a tub. They provide towels and soap, so bring your own things including a hair dryer if needed! "
