Niagara Falls Hotels with Wifi

"We tried to check in a little early, no problem being told, ”rooms not ready yet.” Told to come back in one hour. We did and was told rooms still not ready, come back in another hour. We did and was told only ONE of our TWO rooms were ready, the other wasn't clean yet. We were given the key to the one room and decided to stay there until the other was finished and ready for us. It was a very wet and cold day outside. We needed the heater turned on to make the room comfortable. Smoke immediately started coming from the unit. I went to front desk to advise them of the issue hoping we could get better accommodations. The front desk attendant, Mark, was extremely helpful. He came up to inspect the unit and immediately unplugged it. Then he decided to check the other room were to be staying in and IT WAS CLEAN. He was just not told it was cleaned. The staff cleaning the rooms were at the end of the hall standing around barely making an effort. Long story short, the facility was in a great location, Mark, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the Comfort Inn was lacking."

"GPS told us to turn into 66Th st, but the main entrance is off 65th, there is an overflow parking off 66th. it was a nice place, the breakfast area is kinda small, a TV would have been nice, not a spot to lounge in. there were no snack or soda machines, just an ice machine! outdoor sitting area was small near the main entrance. It is a short drive from the Falls area attractions, and plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The only walking distance store is a 7-11 near by."

"We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! It’s less than a 30 minute walk to the border, but make sure you bring your passport and a few quarters for the bridge toll back to the USA, which is only $1.25.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service and were impressed with the quick delivery and beautiful presentation. The resort also offers several dining options, a full casino, a spa, and a pool, making it a well- rounded destination whether you’re there to relax or explore."

"Great value for money, just a 5-minute walk from the waterfall scenic area, and plenty of shops around the hotel. Although it's an older hotel with a design from over a decade ago, it's been recently renovated. Overall, it's pretty good; the bathroom fixtures are new, there's new carpeting, and no strange smells in the room. The bed is also comfortable. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient."

"It is very near to goat island and Niagara Falls. The room is big and can put 2 big luggage. Free breakfast but carpark at usd11 plus which public parking is just usd10. Will be great if come with free parking. Cleaning every 3 days. Clean towels at the reception. The bed is comfortable but pillows a bit too soft and small. After all, will stay against if coming again."

"I felt that it was managed by someone who really knows how to manage a hotel. The sight of a separate tourism information consulting booth, cleanliness, detailed facilities, and even the smallest details, and the service spirit to resolve customer inconvenience stood out. It was really good. One thing I regret is that the refund of the compensation deposit for damage to the facility was a bit late."

"The hotel is very close to the Great Falls. It is a typical American economy hotel with a double bed room. It is very comfortable to take a shower and sleep. Breakfast includes bread, muffins, cereal, bananas, coffee..."

"The hotel price is very average, sorry for the quality. However, the facilities and scenery here in the United States are very poor. There is no need to come here specifically to see the waterfall. It is best to apply for a Canadian visa. The advantage of the hotel is that it has an indoor parking lot for 10 US dollars a night. It is only five minutes away from the waterfall and border control. minutes walking distance"
