"Prior to booking I was informed check in was 11am and checkout same time. When arriving at 11, I ended up having to wait 4 entire hours. So when you book 2 nights 3 days it’s really only 1 full 24 hours. The resort is pretty over rated to say the least. I won’t be back or recommend it to anyone."

"We really enjoyed the retro look of the motel! The lobby and restaurant are amazing! Our room was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom and shower. We had our breakfast in the restaurant there and our server, Michele, was awesome. She was so very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed our breakfast, which was so much better than the continental breakfasts you get at other hotels! We checked out the pool and surrounding pool deck. It was really cool! Loved the look. We hope to go back for a longer visit sometime."

"The hotel is very large, on the edge of the Pigeon Valley National Road, it is very convenient to come from the Great Smoky Mountain Forest Park. It feels that a whole lot of commercials belong to this hotel. The rooms are large and very beautiful. There are various commercial and amusement buildings downstairs. Facilities, parking is free. There is a Chinese reception at the front desk. Personally feel that the street view is better than the river view. The river view room arrived at night, a dark river. The hotel has a self-service laundry room. This is very important. At 11 o'clock in the evening, there are still many people playing outside, almost all families with children."

"This hotel looks a little worn. The carpet definitely needs to be replaced, but my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. It had a television, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, and a refrigerator. There were complimentary toiletries and the towels were well stocked. There was no noise at all. I slept well and felt safe. The door had double locks. The air conditioning worked well. Check in was fast and easy and the gentleman working was very friendly. The indoor pool was large and very clean. There was also a fitness room that seemed well equipped. The free breakfast consisted of waffles, cereal, toast, pastries, and boiled eggs. Not a huge variety but I got full and it was free. The vending machines have a good variety and were well stocked. I was surprised that there is no hair dryer in the room. I had to run to the store to buy one. I stayed here on a work trip. I would definitely stay here again. Overall I was very satisfied. The room is extremely no frills with an older feel to it, but I was not there to stay in the room. I was provided a very clean and safe place to sleep, I was treated well, and spoiled a little with a clean, warm indoor pool and free waffles for breakfast. I rested well in a comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. I am a happy customer!"

"Go to Dawu Mountain to live in BW, BW hotel room is many, convenient up and down, the middle swimming pool is also big, it rained heavily that day, the next day up the mountain, there is a lot of fog on the mountain. In fact, the scenery of Dawu Mountain is a lot in Fujian, Zhejiang, very ordinary, but the blue mountains road behind is really good."
