"We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful (especially Dua Lipa, she’s an absolute gem). Check-in and check-out were smooth. We had to change room as we booked different type of rooms for day 1 and day 2. The tranfer was smooth as we were out the whole day and the bags were moved to our new room. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast spread was good too with fresh fruits and fresh breads. Location was perfect - right smack in the center, close to the train station to Fansipan as well as meeting point for our tours. Easy to catch a taxi, near eateries. Excellent hotel to stay while in Sa Pa."

"Stayed one night at KK Sapa Hotel. We were dropped off at the back of the KK Sapa hotel at level 15. Without knowing the hotel reception lobby was on the first floor. The view from level 15 is amazing as we can see the whole Fansipan view when it is clear. We checked in at level 1 but were told to come back by 2pm. They welcomed us with warm tea. The lobby is spacious with a cosy sofa. The room given to us was at level 14 and directly facing the Fansipan view. Opposite my room was the indoor swimming pool and gym. The room is spacious and very cosy. Strong shower pressure. Strong wifi connection. Cosy beds and a huge tv with lots of TV channels. The hotel itself is walkable to the Sapa town via level 15. We took about 15mins slow walk to reach Sapa city with most of the journey on a flat road. But the road is very narrowed as two cars passing each other making pedestrians walk almost non-existent. We pretty much enjoyed our stay at this hotel . I will definitely recommend staying at this hote.l"

"I had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The amenities included free Wi-Fi, which was super convenient. They also offer a complimentary breakfast, which was decent — nothing extraordinary, but it got the job done. While I didn’t explore all the amenities, the ones I used were great. The only minor thing to mention is that the building itself might look a little dated in some areas, but honestly, it didn’t affect the overall experience. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed at the hotel for 4D3N. The location is quite convenient—about a 14-minute walk to Sun Plaza and close to Sapa Lake. It’s also easily accessible to many local restaurants, which made exploring the area very enjoyable. The room itself was good, and we had a comfortable stay overall. However, it could benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning, as we noticed some dust accumulation in certain corners. Despite this, we had a pleasant experience and would still consider it a good stay overall."

"I booked it for an amazing view and I got the view. The breakfast was so so,but better than nothing, considering it was the ***** NY and there were no other options. The room was clean, but not spotless. Also I assume they refurbish part of the hotel and they did inform, however,due to the fact that there is no wall between rooms and reception you can hear everything,so soundproofing is nonexistent. Additionally,I understand, they are busy,but after checkout there were ppl sitting in the lobby, and after and hour or 2 the concierge started approaching everyone, asking if they checked out,and it did feel like he was trying to kick out everyone who already checked out as the lobby was busy,I mean he had a point,but it did leave a bad impression.kettle was not clean,which again if addressed may been replaced,but what about checking it before?"

"We spent the first two days of our trip staying in town at Sa Pa, and for the next two nights we moved slightly out of town to Hotel DeLaMont. The hotel is located about a 10-minute drive from the town center, perched high on a hill overlooking the valley. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was precisely for that spectacular valley view, which is said to be among the best in Sa Pa. Unfortunately, during our stay, the weather fully lived up to Sa Pa’s nickname as the “City in the Fog.” Thick fog rolled in every day, and visibility was sometimes close to zero—especially on the darker roads without streetlights while our Grab drivers navigated the winding hills. Thankfully, on the morning of our final day, the clouds finally lifted a little and we were blessed with a partial glimpse of the breathtaking valley view we had been hoping for. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was essentially two super single beds pushed together, which meant you could feel the gap in the middle while sleeping. It’s not the most comfortable setup, but still manageable for a short stay. The minibar follows the usual hotel practice—aside from complimentary water, tea, and coffee, the rest of the items are chargeable. One thing we appreciated was the smart TV. We spent some relaxing time listening to music and watching travel videos on YouTube after long days exploring Sa Pa. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a modern electric shower system, which was quite impressive. They even installed a heated lamp to keep you warm while showering—something you’ll definitely appreciate in the chilly Sa Pa climate. However, the wash basin design could be improved. Water tends to collect around the sides, leaving the surface constantly wet, and occasionally attracting small bugs. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast by default, but you can pay extra if you’d like the convenience of eating on-site. It’s not the cheapest option, but it’s certainly convenient. The hotel also offers facilities like a gym and a swimming pool. The pool is supposed to be heated, but during our visit the weather was extremely foggy and humid, so the heating was turned off and swimming wasn’t really appealing anyway. Their rooftop area is quite beautiful and would probably be an amazing place to enjoy the valley view on a clear day. Overall, despite the foggy weather limiting the scenery, Hotel DeLaMont is still a comfortable and decent hotel with spacious rooms and good facilities. On a clear day, the view alone would likely make the stay even more memorable."

"Stayed at Sapa Panorama during my trip last January and had a pretty pleasant experience ✨ One of the highlights was being able to early check-in and get a room right away to freshen up after an overnight bus ride, honestly a lifesaver 😭🙌 (with a fee but worth it) The room itself was comfortable, clean, and cozy enough to rest properly. The bathroom was quite spacious, which was a nice plus. There’s also a balcony, nothing too special in terms of area, but still nice for a quick chill and some fresh Sapa air. Overall, a solid stay, especially if you arrive early and need immediate rest 👍"

"The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Sapa Lake, and the price is very reasonable compared to other places in the area. There's a laundromat and a large supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had a hairdryer, and the extra door lock made me feel secure."

"The hotel is located in a strategic location, within an 10 minute walking distance (upslope is expected) of the Sapa Station (Sun plaza). The room is spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The shower has strong water pressure and a stable temperature. The staff were extremely helpful. They can speak English very well. The hotel breakfast has different selections and live stations (eg., fried egg, omelette, pho noodle). They served the breakfast from 6.30am to 9.30am at 5th floor, which is next to the hotel lobby. We got a mountain view room and you can really see the nice view when there is not foggy. We don’t hear any noise from the street and the environmental within the hotel is quiet and peaceful. We arrived at Sapa in the early morning (6am) and there is no room available for check-in. Therefore, we waited until 12pm and it was lucky that the staff allowing us early check in without extra charges. I also put a remark that it’s my husband birthday and the staff prepared a waffle cake and send to our room once we have checked in. Appreciated for the special arrangement and I would sincerely thank you the staff who really attentive to every notes from the guests. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel because of its clean environment, great hospitality, and friendly staff."

"The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, so getting to the main attractions takes some extra travel time. That said, the trade-off is a noticeably quieter neighborhood, which was nice for sleeping and unwinding after a busy day. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the facilities in general were good — no complaints there. Two things worth noting, though. First, the air conditioning was quite weak and struggled to cool the room properly, which can be annoying depending on the climate. Second, the toiletries provided (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving cream, etc.) felt cheap. I'd recommend bringing your own if you're particular about that sort of thing. Breakfast was a highlight — good variety and quality, a pleasant way to start the day. Overall a decent option, especially if you don't mind being a little farther from the action and you pack your own bathroom essentials."
