Pet friendly Hotels in Sapa

Great little budget hotel. Staff are friendly, some speak English. Breakfast is included and served promptly. Felt safe and comfortable. About 10 mins walk to the lake. Convenient location.

The hotel staff are nice and helpful. The location is central, but unfortunately, there are two bars/night clubs just opposite the hotel, which will blast loud music until 2am. I first stayed on the top floor in a room with a balcony, and it was simply impossible to sleep, it was really like trying to sleep in the middle of a night club. They moved me to a different floor, and it was a little better, but you could still hear the party - just below your balcony. I booked a tour and a bus ticket with the hotel, which was nice, and the price was OK. (This has nothing to do with the hotel itself, but the tour was terrible, it was raining heavily all day long, we could not see anything at all, and the difficult climbing in rubber boots resulted in very bad bruises to my toes - extremely painful, and heals for months and months.)

Very hospitable hotel! I arrived at 6am and they let me check in right away for additional 300k VND. They also let me check out late. The room is not luxury but clean and had everything I needed. The AC warmed my room very quickly, and hot shower worked fine too. They have many breakfast options. I really enjoyed my pho bo and black coffee. The view from my room was great.

The location is good if you want to explore more of the city center. Very close to everything. Theres not much view though. You can also stay or leave your stuff before checkin time, and after checkout time and they also provide bed so you can sleep. My problem though was the dormitory room was so small, the bunkbeds were so close to each other I can hear the lower bed snore like their sleeping beside me. There was also no light in each bed but there was socket. Overall i had a very wonderful experience and no regrets telling anyone that this is another great place to stay here in trip.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), booking two rooms, and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is a big advantage — it’s about a 15-minute walk to Sapa town center and just 1–2 minutes from the Sapa night market, which made it very convenient for evening walks and exploring local foods. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to assist when needed. The breakfast service was also very good, with a nice variety and attentive service. One small recommendation for future guests: it’s a good idea to inform the staff in advance if you would like daily room cleaning or have a preferred schedule, as this helps ensure everything is arranged to your liking. For the hotel, a couple of suggestions for improvement: * The water pressure could be stronger; installing a pressure pump would make showers more comfortable. * It would be helpful to regularly check for any unpleasant smells in the bathroom to maintain overall room freshness. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for families thanks to its location, friendly staff, and good service. We would recommend it for future trips, especially for families traveling with children.

We had an okay stay in this guest house. Mr and Ms Nguyen were very accommodating during our stay, they let us check in early, free of charge and were very kind to us during our stay. The rooms provided are okay, it was pretty standard/basic, but we enjoyed the heated mattress that helped us sleep properly in the night. No AC also since SaPa temps is already cold at night but there is an e-Fan provided.

This is a good hotel located near a main street in Sapa, although it was a bit difficult to find due to poor signage. However, the response time via WhatsApp was very fast and helpful. The place itself is very nice, with a cozy boho design and a million-dollar view from the window. I felt really relaxed staying there such a chill atmosphere in beautiful Sapa. One thing to note: it’s better not to bring large luggage, as there’s no elevator and no one to assist with carrying bags. It wasn’t an issue for us since we enjoy a bit of exercise 🤣 Overall, a lovely stay with great vibes!

Objectively speaking, the hotel is very general. At that time, I wanted to find a hotel on the lakeside to see the calm lake. It is indeed the lake opposite. The hotel is too old. I am sorry for the title of four stars. It is possible that this foreigner likes this retro. Mainly the price issue, personally think that it is not worthwhile to choose this hotel. The next night, I found a hotel with 80 yuan next to it, which is better than this facility. The hotel has more than 240 hotels. The only difference is that I can't see the lake! So the benevolent sees the wise and sees wisdom! For a long time, I suddenly came to the hotel, so I remind you by the way.

service here is very good, customer service fast and nice, soft out problem immediately. Big room , provide everything things we need, good location , easy to go everywhere we like. we satisfied to stay here. I highly recommend this hotel! The room was surprisingly spacious and very affordable. Since Sapa can get quite cold, I really appreciated that the room came with both a heater and an electric mat (heated blanket), making the stay very cozy. The owner is incredibly kind and friendly, always making sure guests are comfortable. They offer a complimentary breakfast, and unlike some other hotels where you have to buy extra water, they provide free bottled water here. The location is also perfect—very central and convenient. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sapa. 100% recommended!
