Amazing
The hospitality is amazing and the staff is so nice and accommodating. We booked a room with mountain view and did not get disappointed as we see the famous monorail in just a look at the windows! Everything was perfect! Even the breakfast is good and healthy choices! And of course, there’s bidet! 😂

Beautiful, peaceful location. Perfect stay for a family vacation - we had a wide age range with young children (2 and 5) and a senior (70) in our travel group. Booked the family connecting rooms. Views from the room balconies were stunning. Everyone had a great time. Staff was incredibly accommodating - both kids got sick in the car on the way up and we were able to send everything including the car seat covers to laundry when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, room service was fast and tasty too. They have a shuttle service, but we just called taxis through Grab (~$2 one-way). Got an indulgent foot massage at Chi Spa. Only regret, wished we stayed an extra night! Would recommend with young kids to pack extra snacks and shelf stable milk as there’s no market or bodega nearby.

The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it is very close to the Fansipan cable car station. The hotel conveniently provides a shuttle service to take guests there. I stayed in an accommodation outside the main building. When leaving the room, I could simply call the buggy service, and they would come to pick me up and take me to the lobby, which was very convenient. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including local Vietnamese dishes. The property is beautiful with stunning views, very peaceful and quiet — perfect for those who want to escape from the crowds and enjoy a relaxing stay. All staff members provided excellent service. They were friendly, always smiling, and spoke good English. Overall, it was a very pleasant and impressive experience.

Positives: Immaculate service. Very warm, welcoming, friendly and personalised experience. The team takes the time to speak to each and every guest, always greeting with a smile 💕 Laundry was USD4 /kg. Very nice strong smell for the detergent. Great selection of food and wonderful ala carte breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were so so good! The beef soup as well 👍 Loved the house pets 💕 Location is great! Not too far from city, yet far enough for peace and quiet. Near the rice fields, amazing views and fresh air. Near the alpine coaster. Massage was great too. A lil pricey but so convenient and worth it. The overall vibe was fantastic and relaxing. Definitely coming back here again despite some of the negatives below. Negatives: Insects everywhere! On the bed too! No bed bugs, that's clean. But due to the location and how each house is built, tons of little flying insects. The mosquito net helps keep most of the insects off the bed so we kept it open over the bed. Not so much privacy as the porch and tub had direct view of another room's porch.. Might have gotten exposed once or twice... we did ask for a private room but were placed right next to the pool deck. The dining place mats were dirty and re-used. They ignored the dirty spots and just placed the utensil on the mats. I had to wipe my utensils clean and placed them over serviettes instead. Too many steps 😅 we checked in after a 2d1n hike up Fansipan so our thighs were screaming with each step up and down within the Hotel compound. Overall, definitely a 9.5/10 stay!

The hotel is conveniently located to travelers, with easy access to do food trips nearby, souvenir shops and walkable to Sapa Station on way to Fansipan destination. Selena is a very gracious staff who made our stay smooth and hassle free, she handled buying tickets for our trips to Fansipan, Cat cat Village, Moana, Glass Bridge and provided a comfy van rental service. Food at the hotel’s resto are affordable and delicious as well. Everyone is accommodating, efficient and friendly. We highly recommend a stay at Sapa Centre Hotel.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Cleanliness is awesome! The room is clean but its really cold, maybe need some heated blanket during winter season. Location wise is definitely good place to stay walking distance to Sapa Center , Sun Plaza . Service is good have 10 % discount to restaurant while your staying at the hotel. Amenities: have small swimming Pool outside, the vicinity is good to watch the nature and see the monorail.

The vibe is cozy and the atmosphere is very great. The staff are warmly welcome.I really like the view from our view both day and night.The room is clean. The toilet is also clean. I would like to suggest one thing that is about the D home sapa 10 does not see in google map and also matsu cafe location is wrong in map. Please check and correct this one. others are all okay. Next time I will also choose your hotel. Thanks.
