Yerevan Hotels with Jacuzzi

"The hotel is good and left a positive impression. Pros: 1. Responsive, very friendly staff, always willing to accommodate and help; 2. Delicious and fresh breakfasts; 3. Large outdoor swimming pool; 4. Close proximity to the city center, all the most interesting attractions are within walking distance; 5. Several parks surround the hotel (lots of greenery); 6. The hotel has a gym with basic equipment and free weights; 7. Bottled water is delivered to the room every day. Cons: 1. Very small room. 2. The room's windows overlooked the park, but there's a road passing by below the hotel, so it gets noisy when the windows are open. This means you can't sleep with the windows open. I recommend getting a room with windows facing the pool/courtyard, not the park."

"We stayed with our family (2 adults + a child), a double deluxe. We were greeted wonderfully upon registration and arrival, but during check-out the guy was constantly distracted and delayed us significantly. The hotel design as a whole is in the ”expensive and rich” style, luxurious mirrored elevators, marble staircases, the air is perfumed. The room is large and clean, one large king-size bed and in the second room two single beds, the view from the window is onto a quiet courtyard with some ruined sheds. But above them, on the horizon, you can see Ararat! There is a desk with a lamp and a coffee table with a sofa and an armchair. The furniture is beautiful. The Internet flies. There is a tea and coffee set with bottled water and a kettle. The refrigerator is empty. There is a safe, but it does not work. The beds are terribly hard, the pillows are watery. In some places, the wallpaper is torn off the walls. The bathroom is spacious, with a smell of either mustiness or sewage. There is an electric heater on the wall opposite the jacuzzi - very dangerous! The tiles on the floor are broken, there are no towel hangers at all. The jacuzzi is broken, there is black mold where it meets the wall. The drain plug is missing, the water flows directly onto the floor and floods everything around. The floor in the shower slopes away from the drain grate, so you are constantly standing in a puddle, there are cracks in the doors of the cubicle through which water splashes out. The foot towel is a torn white rag. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious with a large selection. There are many tables, everything is beautifully served. Guests are served by some strange shaggy young man in a stretched out sweater. There are no teaspoons. Overall, the hotel is very tired and very carelessly maintained - paintings, mirrors and signs hang crookedly, the carpet in the corridors is worn out, some pieces have been crookedly replaced, the wallpaper is torn. I can hardly rate it 3 stars. It clearly needs repair and attention."

"Overall, I really liked the hotel! The exterior and reception area are very beautiful and modern. The rooms are good, clean, and cozy. You'll have to walk a bit to get to the metro. The only thing I didn't like was the meager breakfast. I feel that the hotel's appearance and standard are completely inconsistent with the breakfast it serves. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a 2-3 night stay!"

"From 8 to 10 April 2025 we (2 people) stayed at the Aspar Boutique Hotel in Yerevan. Booked through Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The price of the question – 10 640,82 R (108.0€) without breakfast. The hotel is located in the center of the city. The city was moved on foot. The hotel is located downstairs, it was necessary to go down the steps, to a very cozy courtyard. The authentic hotel consists of several nice houses, with a small yard where tables and sofas stood, and it was possible to rest in the evening. There is a large kitchen where you can cook. The hotel is very beautiful, the design is outstanding in the old style, the museum of the old Yerevan. We even took pictures. It was very quiet. Beautiful spacious rooms, gave even slippers and coats, lots of toiletries, teapot. There was everything needed and even more. Helped us to get our luggage to the room. A very beautiful girl on the registration bar was very friendly and friendly with us, answered all questions, and helped the spouse with registration on the flight. The hotel deserves the highest rating. Rating the hotel and staff –10 points!!! RECOMMENDED!!!"

"The location is good with many restaurants around. Walking distance to attractions. The room is neat and clean. Hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We extended our stay for 2 days and the arrangement to stay in the same room was done with ease. The housekeeping Lady Marina was very attentive, friendly and warm. She went beyond our expectations in her service. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay in this hotel."
